Rooms were great only thing is sink drained a little slow

The room was pretty clean, beds were somewhat comfortable. But snacks in machine were overpriced and checkout time was 11:00 but housekeeping came banging on our door at 9:30 a.m. and then called again at 10:50 to remind us checkout time was 11:00 when we were about to walk out the door. Plus in the bottom where the snacks are dispensed, there was something wet & mushy all over our snack packages. A small bag of chips that we could've purchased at a store for $1.25 (very small bag) was &2.65 smh

I liked the nice clean room.

Front check in lady wasn't very nice or friendly

The bathroom had broken glass on the floor and I cut my foot on the glass. The floor was filthy. The coffee maker was broken.

It was dirty and mosquito infested

Good stay

This property is in a poor part of town. There were strange people around the property. My son and i felt uncomfortable amd unsafe so we left immediately! Even at tje risk of the non-refundable $84 i spent in the reservation.

Worse place ever stayed. They reused the same towels we had when they went to do housekeeping and just threw the sheets on the bed didn’t even bother to do the beds we rented 2 rooms. The lady at the front desk RUDE very RUDE.

This was the second time we've stayed at a Days Inn and have yet to be satisfied with their properties. On this occassion, We reserved and stayed in 3 separate rooms, all had bugs still on the floor the faucets and bathrooms fixtures were covered in calcium, One room had bed bugs in at least one of the beds, another room had the water lines connected backwords so the hot direction on the single nob faucet turned the water to cold and vice versa on the cold. The rooms were musky and had some foul odors. The water was hard and I don't mean normally hard for hotels, but by the looks of the calcium deposits they had no softener or system to clean the water coming into the hotel. When we first checked in the Visiting area was dark, it was after sunset, but there was only a TV on and we were startled when the clerk who was sitting on the couch responded with Can I help you"? as if it was a chore for her to have to get up and check us in. Rude and totally unacceptable through out the check in process. Do NOT Support this facility.

The check in lady was not friendly. I hope she can find a job she likes. The room was adequate but nothing special. We will most likely go back to this motel.

We were pleased with the location being a short stroll to the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. Room was clean. TV had two remotes. After working on both of them we were able to watch the TV before we fell asleep. The shower was amazing hot and strong. That was really nice.

Staff was rude a hell and said we should have booked through them and not Expedia and they e would have given better service! Did not care that I had knee problems still would not let me have ground floor and said that they did not appreciate me bringing a boat! Breakfast was non existent and filthy! The beds were sitting on square tubing that stuck out and you hit your ankles on! I will never stay here nor recommend it to anyone!

It was not overly loud! We had great staff service at check in! Our grandkids were comfortable, as were we!

For what and where it is, this is a fantastic place to stay and at a good price. It is an older hotel, though the mattresses and such seem to be newer and everything smells fresh. I have used other local options and this location out performs some of the higher priced locations nearby. So you are on a budget and want nice, clean and still convenient, this place tics all the boxes.

We have stayed @ this property in the past. It was always clean, quiet and the breakfast was reasonable. We spent Saturday Night 2/2/24, checking out 2/25/24. When we went to dining area, it was TERRIBLE. The coffee pot was empty, the gallon milk jug was empty, there was NO orange juice (though there were glasses that said "theses ARE FOR JUICE, only). NO pastries, of ANY kind, NO Yogurt, only 3 oranges, NO bananas, NO apples! The front desk clerk was VERY RUDE when I brought this to her attention! We have been using WYNDOM properties for years. This was a SLAP IN THE FACE! We will NOT ever use THIS DAYS INN, AGAIN!

BED BUGS. Checked out within about 30-45 minutes of going into room. Hotel also was dated and outside looked run downed. Went to a very much pricier hotel that I booked within Hotel.com because YOU CANNOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS

Said was pet friendly. They were not! NO PETS ALLOWED even though it says they are online. Booked a double. They only had single. Ended up cancelling and going to another hotel.

Close to my daughter. And comfortable and convenient.

In a week only 2 days they “clean” not even vacuumed the place we were taking the garbage out

The front desk at check-in was very rude. Our room appeared to have some kinda water leak so it smelled terrible like mold and there was a shop fan in the room like they were working. We will not stay here again.

The staff is always friendly and I enjoy their Continental Breakfast.

I didn’t get to stay bc they overbooked rooms and took my money and put it on hold before I ever got to the reservation and now I have to wait before I can get my money back

It could be a decent lower priced motel if the grounds were cleaned up and the pool was repaired. Rooms were dated but fairly clean. Except for the mattress protector. It had fresh blood stains all over it. I was so tired i didny complain i just removed the pad , the mattress was not stained so i slept well with the protector removed. Bath tub qas clean and big and lots of hor water. I spoke qith staff the next morning aboit the nasty protective cover and he seemed genuinely embarrassed amd apologizetic. We wont stay here again.
