The smoke alarm was hanging by wires from the ceiling and didn't have back batteries installed. The tv was streaked and filthy, the tub could use a scrub and the tub/shower lever was frozen in place. The elevator made high-pitched screeches.

This property was horrible. Not only did my 1 room have roaches and a broken toilet, my sick mom and son were given a moldy muffin. They both actually bit into them. The microwave have some sort of electrical issue and would sizzle and pop when we tried to warm our food. I hated this place so bad, I left early. I am calling corporate for this horrible experience. To add insult to injury, there was an envelope left to tip housecleaning. Our bathroom was horrible, the refrigerator was disgusting and the very bad smells were enough to cause concern.

Nothing special around the facility, however my shower leaked, the AC didn't work very well at all the bathroom was missing a towel holder bar, the room wreaked of cigarettes, and this is just nit picky but there was no LAN Internet connection.
Other than that the stay was friendly and helpful and the room in general was ok I've stayed at worse places

I was not sure what to expect since this was the 1st time I stayed with Extended Stay. I will tell you this Mt. Laurel Branch was the best. From start to finish, the office staff were professional and easy to guide me for checking in and out. The place is clean, great atmosphere.

Property definitely needs a sprucing up as the carpet in the upstairs hallway is dated and showing its age. There was a strong odor of cat urine on the second floor and the bedding was so lumpy that sleeping in a chair might have been a better choice. We opted to forgo our 2nd night that we had booked and went to a different hotel.

Everything is Old. Old kitchenette, No dishes or utensils.
Terrible Shower, no water coming out of the shower head.

The bed was broken and the stove was making weird noises when turned on. There were stains on the first set of sheets when we got into the room.
The entire building smells like dogs poop and pee in the hallways and no one cleans it properly. This is not the first time staying here but it will probably be the last. The staff is friendly and informative. The surrounding outside was well taken care of and maintained.

It was a satisfactory place for an overnight stay. My only disappointment was that the toilet was very low (short)

The gust services were good however I didn’t like the smell when I first got there in the lobby. And overall it was pretty good. I wish there was more of variety in breakfast and I also wish there were more rooms available with double beds.

Went to go stay here- I’m 18 which online the hotel states is the legal minimum age to check in. This was 10 at night and they refused to offer me service as I was not 21. I had to go find another hotel and pay triple the price to find a room. Ridiculous.

As usual with a hotel like this, you try to shower in standing water up to your ankles. HVAC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. I will never stay there nor will I stay at Extended Stay America ever again.

A bug was in the shower, shower took forever to get warm, smelled awful, could hear people in other rooms yelling, we have no plans on visiting this hotel again! Gross

I liked the kitchenette, staff are friendly. I didn’t like the people who smoked in front of building.

Went to check in and there was a line of people in front of us as the computer system was down. Lobby also a distinct cat urine smell to it. We ended up leaving as it was unclear if we would actually be able to check in.

Had stayed here some years before, but this time it seemed worn down and now a bit over priced for its current condition. Breakfast is spartan, so an overnighter who is a bigger eater may wish for more/better. (Extended Stay guests will, of course, be able to supply their own meals to their liking.) On the plus side, the location is very convenient and the area is quiet.

Lovely/helpful staff, room was very clean, bed was comfortable but everything needed repair (elevator sluggish, fans/air made odd noises, rusty appliances, grout needed to be repaired, heard everything from other rooms, and roach in bathroom)

I initially booked through expedia, somehow the day I booked for had changed to a later date a month later. I had to change the date and John at the front desk was very patient with this issue. He took great care of getting my booking corrected and expedited for the day of. John is a great guy! I appreciate his help IMMENSELY!

The room had some sort or mold or stain in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Front desk people were either hiding or not working. I watched them give away someone’s room because a guest decided to stay an extra night.

I felt safe. Air conditioner worked well I was nice and cool. I did not see any bugs! Very clean. Good tv options .
