Staff friendly and the rooms were clean. There was a kiddie pool, a regular pool and a hot tub. Lots of fun options for a family. The breakfast provided had a huge variety and was hot and fresh.

Staff was great. Room was nice, clean, quiet. Breakfast was good. Lemon water was awesome. Easy check in/out.
Lost money on pop machine, disappointed that hotel couldn't take care of it. Didn't have out of order sign on it. Had to call a random guy that owns that machine to try to get money back. Still have not received refund from guy.

This place popped up as high reviews, and they are correct! I was only there one night, but check in process was easy enough, breakfast was as expected, and room was clean. All that I asked for!

Our stay was good - we liked our room and it was very clean. However, the woman who checked us in was not the most ambitious or friendly. She just stared at me when I went to check in and it should have been pretty obvious I was there to check in and if she was unsure, ASK. The elevator at this hotel is in need of some work and does not stop closing even if something is in the way. My 2-year-old stuck his hand in the door and it started closing on it. We got it out and he is okay, but he was screaming and crying and it was very scary. The same lady from the front desk again just looked at us. She never said anything or asked if he was okay or if we needed anything. I won't forget that.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inn at Black River Falls. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We asked for extra sheets for the pull out bed and got them right away. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool.
