Overall clean, strong chlorine odor made it a little hard to sleep.

Sean at the front desk was very helpful in whatever I asked and needed. The gentleman who I believe was the maintenance man was very friendly. Place is clean and updated with the exception of the bathroom but that was clean just a little outdated. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for 2 nights because of the hurricane Helene the bathroom was poorly done for handicap people and the room had a portable humidifier that you had to keep dumping yourself if you wanted it to keep the room smelling clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly but will not stay here again. Hotels.com should definitely start checking these hotels if they are recommended

The Red Roof Inn Plus was a very nice hotel and Shaun at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful

I have never stayed in a hotel that has a machine check you in and out, and I never will again. it's so bad. the video feed to the agent was choppy and I had to have him repeat himself several times. I left too early to comment on the breakfast, but the area that they used looked really nice. Don't know if they have a robot vending machine that comes out in place of a makeshift buffet like most do, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.

No central AC. Dehumidifiers in hallways and there was a massive puddle on the rug. Got my shoes wet. Dehumidifier was noisy in the bedroom too
The kiosk check in displayed 100 dollar safety deposit but the kiosk attendant asked me for 150.

No customer service, you check in through a kiosk, the towels and pillows were terrible. The elevator was filthy

Stay noisy during the morning afternoon. Asked several times while on work calls but completely ignored. Noisy patrons yelling all night. Staff not present to assist or get a different room. The most Terry could offer was to call the room which the patrons ignored. Marijuana scent lingered the hallway.

Snowed in. Wow GREAT hotel with a great restaurant. Pool area was full but you couldn't tell it was freezing outside.

Check in at a kiosk with a remote staff person and no receptionist present. Not sure the hotel is staffed at all at night which presents safety concerns and poor service. Hotel unwilling to accommodate an hour later check out despite clearly not being fully booked. Hotel smelled of mildew and Lysol, needs a paint job and maintenance.

I do not recommend this hotel, very dirty and run down. Not worth the $ they charge, not even close ended up sleeping in my rental car in the parking lot

Dated broken chair, thresholds not glued down things like that. Because of a storm we wanted to change our dates one day forward they wanted $90. To make the change.
Beds sagging in the middle, no maid service. I’m thinking they are off my Christmas list.

This place is not as pictured and you had to talk to a remote person the whole time. I chose the hotel only because it looked decent, and said it had a shuttle! I never would have booked it without this, because it was more expensive than the other hotel I looked at. We got in at 1am and had to pay 50$ to get to the hotel. Also, cancellations aren’t allowed! It was so gross, itching all night, and I think we have bed bugs. Hair on the sheets. Shower didn’t drain down and it was just gross. We didn’t even want to check out the pool after this!
