We needed a place to stay that was near the airport because our flight from Europe had an overnight connection. This hotel worked great! They had free shuttle service that we used both directions. They had a delicious hot breakfast (bacon and hash browns). The bed was very comfortable.

Checkin fast and smooth, they offer packets of toothpaste and extra toothbrushes, which was very nice. Comfortable, spacious room. Neighborhood restaurants are limited: Dennys, 7-Eleven and another gas station (which charges airport prices on pieces of fruit, don’t go there!). Only real problem was the unclear instructions about where to find the shuttle at the airport. Once found, shuttle was fine.

I stayed for my graduation and it was great. My room was clean and they provided complimentary breakfast with your stay. Breakfast was good and i loved how close i was to the airport. I will stay here again

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, treating customers as if we owed them something. The so-called continental breakfast offered was insufficient, barely enough to feed a handful of guests. Additionally, the kitchen equipment was not functional, and the staff showed no concern when the issue was reported. With plenty of other hotels in the area, I would advise going elsewhere. Despite the nice property, the ladies at the front desk bring the overall experience down to a 1 out of 10 score.

The Bar and Grill they say is no-site is not an actual Bar and Grill. It is a take out order set up in the lobby that delivers to your room or the lobby where there is seating. We walked across the street to and actual bar and grill.

Checkin was easy. The room was clean and plenty of space for a one night stay by myself. I could not get the room to cool down, I kept lowering the temp and it still wasn’t keeping up. The hotel shuttle took me to the airport and delivered me to the wrong terminal. Be sure you clarify and pay attention yourself; luckily I gave myself plenty of time and the airport terminal link got me to the right spot.

Hotel staff was rude at checkin. The lady said hotel reservations through hotel.com are not guaranteed because they don’t pay their bills. There was another instance of them being rude but this one was the most alarming.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay as I was going to the DFW airport early in the morning. Amongst walking into the room, it smelt moist and musty. When i was about to go to bed, I encountered a huge roach on my pillow. Staff was nice enough to allow me to change my room but that was a bit traumatizing. I appreciated the free airport shuttle as well.

The air conditioning unit in my room didn’t work too well so it was muggy my entire stay. The air conditioning unit also had a funny smell to it when it blew out air. The water pressure was low in my room. When I landed the lady at the front desk struggled to tell me where to go to get shuttled from the airport. And the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options. It’s just eggs, sausage and potatoes, toast, oat meal or cereal.
However check in was fast and the front desk always picks up the phone. The room was very clean. Although housekeeping doesn’t knock hard enough before they come in they are determined to get your room clean. Not bad hotel for the price!

It is nice. Enough for me to stay for one night. I can order meals from the restaurant. There is shuttle from and to the airport. Very convenient.

Good place to stay the night. The shades are very transparent so the parking lot lights were very annoying when trying to get some sleep. Shuttle service was superb. Room was wide and very clean.
