This is an amazing and quaint hotel in downtown Rome. Close to the central station and east walking distance to all of the famous attractions. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful in every way. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in easy walking distance of Rome train station. Wonderful, welcoming staff at check-in. Clean, accommidating room with great amenities. Highly recommend and hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Great place to stay. Close th attractions, Termini Station, shopping and food. I would stay here again.

We loved this place. The location is extremely convenient for train travel and close enough to most of the major sights that we could walk, though we did take some taxis to save time. The best thing about the place was the staff, which went above and beyond to look after us, even calling us to see if we planned to use a train the day we were going to check out and to warn us that there was going to be a train strike.

The room was a good size. I found the bed comfortable. Every area of the hotel was clean.

The hotel was mediocre and average. Not particularly bad but not that good either. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is old and in need of massive upgrades. The breakfast was good. The room was small and there were no plugs beside one of the beds which was a minor inconvenience. The water flow for the washroom tap was very low. The housekeepers did not leave any toiletries in the room after the second day and I had to get it myself from the end of the hall.

Very convenient location if you are taking the train in or out of Rome.

The friendliness of the staff is incredible. I read this in the reviews before I booked and it is absolutely true. I'll give two examples: staff reached out a few days before check-in to ask about my arrival time. I arrived at 11am and the enured room was ready! I also had to leave at 6:30am to catch a flight. The staff provided a 'take away' breakfast as the buffet wasn't open yet. I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception area people were wonderful. So helpful and answered so many of our questions (i.e. dinner recommendations, calling a taxi for us, how to use a bidet). The breakfast on the terrace was fabulous - so delicious and so many fresh choices. Every afternoon, my husband and I had a drink on the terrace to discuss that day's outstanding experiences. Our room was clean, charming, quiet. We would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the room was large. We liked the upstairs terrace and having breakfast included. Donya was fantastic and provided excellent information and lovely service.

Enjoyed the location and breakfast options. Staff serving in the morning were attentive and friendly. Sadly breakfast on the roof was not an option as they deemed it too hot to serve outside. The room was dated and not overly clean but suitable for our few nights stay. Disliked the struggles over the city tax… told us one this then another for a number of days. You can’t pay it on arrival and it can only be cash but if you don’t have cash then it’s card. My 9 year old needs to pay it and then she doesn’t. Lots of unnecessary stress trying to scrape together the correct coins before you checkout. Allow payment via card on arrival if you wish as other hotels do.

We had a great experience here. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, excellent advice on the area, we met repeat guests there, its a 20 min walking distance to just about everything. Excellent place to have a nice breakfast before you take on the day. The rooms are very clean with air conditioning and I did get an air freshener smell but you really don't spend much time there so I could manage. It was a half hour and $55 to the airport. $70 to cruise terminal.

This is a quaint property. Older but pretty well maintained. There was a lady named Dona who worked the front desk and was fabulous. She was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we left to check out another lady was there and she was so rude and unhelpful. But other than that a great experience. The breakfast ladies were also super nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful to solve questions and doubts about the city. The hotel location is very convenient, as it is very close to the Roma Termini and the first stop of the Hop on and hop off tourist buses. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Thr staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms a very nice and the location is central to everything. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Great service! Very clean! lovely breakfast on the rooftop was nice too. Staff made us to go breakfast bags on day of departure. Such a nice gesture. Room was nice and cool. Stocked fridge if you wanted to purchase reasonable priced drinks while chilling in the room.
