Honestly I always stay here. I love the beds. It’s clean. Pretty quiet. Perfectly located for all my needs. The AirPorter picks you up and drops you off. The front desk is always kind and friendly and as helpful as possible. There is breakfast available.. what more can you ask for?

2 nights for $425 seems high to me. However, we liked that there were electric car chargers that were free for guests, even though it probably saved us only about $30. They were renovating during our stay, there were some fumes and daytime noise. This was on the other wing, I was left wondering if they could do each floor at a time to disturb us less.

Booked this room because my son was having surgery near by the next day. They put us on the 4th floor where they were remodeling rooms. Didn’t warn us ahead of time or anything. The room entrance floor was dusty with white dust, my son fell and got it on his coat. The room smelled bad of paint fumes. We ended up having to put an air purifier in the room. We all had trouble sleeping because of the smell and got the worst sleep. It’s unacceptable to put people in rooms next to remodels with no proper ventilation, especially with small children. Had I known I never would have booked.

Had to request a new room because the first room was right next to rooms they were renovating. It sounded like they were going to come right thru the wall. When I called the front desk, I was told the work ended at 6:00pm, but started at 8:00 am. Thats a little early when i am on vacation. The key card to my room stopped working on day two of my stay. I had to go to the front desk and get it rekeyed. The bed was comfortable and the location is right in the heart of Gig Harbor.

Most of the place seemed in good condition and updated, although my room had the wall and wall paper peeling off near the ceiling throughout the room. Most of the staff was good, although some weren't super professional and were busy talking to coworkers when I was trying to get help at the counter and continued talking even while helping me.

I was expecting a better quality hotel. This is a standard travelers hotel. The carpet in my room had two large stains that kind of made me doubt the cleanliness of the room.

Excellent front desk people. Check in was super smooth and when we got to our room and the tv didn’t work they came right up to fix it. They tried about 7 different things and nothing worked. So, they upgraded our room and helped us move all of our stuff.
The women who was helping with the breakfast went out of her way to be helpful to everyone.

breakfast was fine wish they had bacon, but the sausage was fine. the current management is trying hard to upgrade the property! I have stayed there many times! I will continue to stay there with all these upgrades! Happy staff helps everyone!

Be aware, this hotel shows age and is not clean at all.
I booked this hotel after reading the reviews saying the room is clean. But my experience was just the opposite. There were used papers on the ground near the bed and table, nails clipped off previous visitor was on the ground between two beds, it was so gross.
The staff helped to arrange a different room which was a bit cleaner but still showed wear and tear.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the front desk people to the Breakfast attendants 5⭐️!!! The property was very clean. They all really worked hard to take care of all their guests.

While the location is convenient and the staff is friendly, the hotel is in old, poor condition. The carpets and paint need updating. Wall paper is peeling. Shower curtain smells like an old rag. Needs overall updating and deep cleaning.

I liked the ease of finding the property, needs a deep cleaning and paint touch up on interior bathroom door. Shower was amazing with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The exhaust fan does not work and the air conditioner wasn’t regulating temps so the room got very stuffy.
