This house is so warm and inviting. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Plus a nice yard for kids to enjoy. Allison was great at communicating. Close to everything with easy access to Seattle.

This home was perfect for a family with kids. The yard is great for letting kids get their wiggles out and there were plenty of games and toys. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very kind and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We chose this property as a central hub for all we had planned for our trip. The house was great. Very clean, nice beds and furniture. It was in a nice area close to all the local amenities, but still somewhat secluded. The host was responsive to the only question we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It’s the little things that matter and this owner pays serious attention to the little things. It’s crazy to me how many short-term rentals don’t have basics like shampoo - for a few bucks adding those things is so easy. Alison has the basics and much, much more! A seriously fully stocked kitchen, condiments, spices, shampoo, fans/portable a/c, even a first aid kit! When I’m traveling I don’t want to run out and buy all of that stuff - it’s a hassle and a waste of time, and with this rental she has all you will need in the home. And comfortable beds and nicely decorated too. The lawn area is great - even for big 16 year old boys. A great home!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the house was well furnished and comfortable, and the host was very accommodating. We have children and grandchildren in the area and plan on returning in the future. I would definitely recommend this home.

December Family Time
The house and location were great. It was a cold evening and the heaters had been turned on as well as a small Christmas Tree in the family room. Very homey welcome. This was the best stocked house I've stayed in.

Wonderful Location and Cozy home
This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to many amenities and a short, easy drive to the historic waterfront. Very clean home with many thoughtful touches throughout, plus a huge yard. Allison, the property manager, had great communication and advice when asked.

Wonderful Peaceful settting
This property is a hidden gem. The owner was wonderful to work with and the house was spotless. Easy access to Highway 16 and close to stores ( Albertsons, Target etc).
We had wonderful stay and will return again when I go home to visit family.

Gracious host great property!
Right from the beginning Allison our host was gracious and very helpful. The property is decorated in a way that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Well stocked, including some spices and condiments. Coffee on the deck every morning was the perfect start of our day. Definitely would stay again and wish we could of stayed longer!

Great location and home
The owner gave us a wonderful home to visit our grandkids and son. All the staples and kitchen stuff was in good working order. Very clean and cozy too. Safe area to walk at night. Would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving get together..
We came from Ohio and Michigan to have Thanksgiving with our Granddaughter who is in the Air force... Her mother (our daughter and grandson ) came with us ... We had a great family get together... The house is as pictured online. Clean, warm and very inviting.... We all love it at Gig Harbor.. Would love to come again...Jim and Sharon Ball Melissa Howard and family...

Home in Gig Harbor
Very nice home. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It is also very close to the town of Gig Harbor which has a Farmers Market on Thursdays in the summer. Tides Tavern is a great place for food. We would definitely come back to this home.

Great location. Fun place to stay
We had a great time here. Family came for around the country and we loved the well appointed kitchen and fun deck and yard. Location to downtown Gig Harbor was great.
We fumbled with the lock box but the owner came right over and helped us. Very clean and lots of fluffy towels.

Just we needed
We had a great time at Alison’s house. We were four friends in town for a workshop and the house had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner and a nice rooms to relax in. We did not take advantage of the trolley into town but the stop is very close. It’s a quick drive into town and to the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this house.
