Bedding looked clean but the sheets has places worn thin. There were dead bugs when we entered and more in the morning.

A cockroach fell on my spouse while they were in the bathroom. There were other insects that were also present in the bathroom.

After booking my room and it was already paid for the hotel checked me in and then wanted a $50.00 deposit for the room. It was already paid for. That is ridiculous!

Ask if there was any first floor rooms available and they said no they only have top rooms. In the back Facing the back. No available rooms for handicap yet didn’t see not one elevator. Two women in the check-in area one was polite, the other one did not have the best demeanor. Younger lady was respectful and then her side kick was not the one checking us in constantly had things to say and speaking for the other young lady. At least 25 rooms at the bottom, but all of them are filled yet the parking lot is empty? Changed the reservation from two nights to only one night will be going elsewhere. The room has a good set up and look just like the pictures. Very Spacious

I was surprised to find that the room was not as clean as it claimed to be. The complimentary toiletries appeared to be left over from other guest and used. The bed was comfortable. The room was very hot and the AC was very noisy.

This place was fine for what we needed it for. Passing through on are way to Florida. The area was safe, restaurants near by and open late. Staff was friendly. They offered a continental breakfast of the basics. Wasn’t the cleanest. I would not have liked to stay more than one night.

It is close to I 95, and an expensive. The room was nice size. It has outside entrances, which I feel is less safe. Overall clean, but warn and stained base in bathtub.

Our beds were on some type of steel frame that every time you moved it made noise the lighting is terrible especially by the sink area.

Front Desk agent is very unprofessional, overcharged 2x on my card 100 & 95 for incidentals when it says charge should be $50.
When I called to raise the issue, didn’t want to acknowledge mistake, told to contact bank, had nothing to do with it.
Noisy, people running at night. Do not recommend, not family friendly

Rose at front desk checked us in. Very personable and considerate of a very tired senior, who had been in car for 9 hours. The room seemed to have been remodeled recently and the only reason I gave 4 stars was because they should’ve spent money to update the bathtub enclosure, the bottom surface was very slippery. And I guess there’s one other tiny thing! The toilet was very low so maybe they could install a bar to help older people get up easier. We would definitely stay here again in the future! (Oh… PS….the cardboard corner protectors were still on the pictures in our room. 😂

The room was clean and had been remodeled. The toilets had not been replaced, they were the old style short toilet. The sink was very slow draining. My big disappointment was no coffee maker in the room. On line it said each room had one. Who wants to get up in the morning and go to the office to get a cup of coffee. NOT ME. Had I known this I would not have stayed there. There are plenty of other hotels at this location. They told me Wyndham did not require it, yet it shows on every website. Get rid of the ironing board and iron and put in a coffee maker.
