The room was very dated. The toliet seat was hanging on by one screw and the floors didnt look clean at all. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in and the heater blew cold air all night. We had it set for 70 and it was cold air all night. We td front desk and they said sorry, they would have to reset it. I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price and location it was pretty decent.

It was clean enough. Shower didn't work properly. Breakfast offerings very thin.

We left after the first night. We were charged for three nights even though we left early the next morning.

I didn’t even stay there! I was terribly uncomfortable with the room! The pictures I saw are No way the way it looks! The bathroom floor was sticky and gross. It was dark and dingy in the room. The room had a bad smell also! I am requesting my money back! I had to go get another room.

They are trying but a lot of work is need. The bed was clean but had no support. Bathroom was not very clean hair on skin and floor. The bathroom sink and toilet were so short that they appeared to be child height. The whole place smelled like room deodorizer not good when you have asthma. The noise was awful between the cars, trucks and people stomping around sleep was impossible.
I would not in good conscience report this hotel.

Counterperson greeted us with a nice bottle of water. Room was very nice Location if you’re going to the mid Ohio complex excellent location Easy to find coming off the interstate Nice outside seating area for winding down the evening I can’t find a way that our state could’ve been better

The night shift women was very kind and helpful. Our room was musty smelling and so damp that even my supplements became sticky from sitting on the night stand while I showered.
The carpet felt damp.

It is located next to interstate so road noise could be an issue to some but overall I’ll gladly stay there again

I immediately smelled pot upon entering. When we got to our room, the AC was rattling and the room smelled of old smoke. We were able to switch rooms. The second room smelled worse and was so humid the sheets felt damp and there was black in the corners of the bathtub and the grout was discolored.
Pros: nice area to take your dog out. The morning desk staff was very friendly. Very pet friendly in general. Offered a simple breakfast when most Red Roofs don't.

Room was clean and comfortable. Flat screen tv with variety of channels including HBOs. Air conditioner in room was a little loud, but aren’t they all.. staff was friendly and is working hard to freshen up an older property.

Everyone we checked in with and met was very helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and well kept up. Would definitely stay there again.

Owners went above and beyond when we were checking it. We had to switch rooms due to personal reasons and they were super accommodating and very pleasant! Overall a nice stay and experience.

Old hotel that has undergone some refreshing. Unfortunately my shower still had lots of black on caulking, making it look really bad. Unpleasant smell in hallways and room that I suspect was from cleaning solution. Other than this the room was cleaned nicely with a new tv and comfortable bed and soft towels. Right off of highway so expect noise all night.

The room was nice, although there was no refrigerator or microwave. The tv service was not very good. They should have had some sort of cable service there. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area and a Walmart. The hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. I was told it used to be a different hotel.

The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. I had to ask the front desk for some air freshener to try to get rid of the smell. The room was damp and even though I am sure housekeeping made the beds and put fresh linen, I am not sure they actually cleaned. There was hair in the top and on the sink counter which did not belong to my daughter or I. They kept my pet deposit when I know for certain neither of our fur babies did any damage. We were there from 1130 pm to 530 am. We were to afraid to use the shower so we just slept a couple hours and left as soon as we could. It was the third day into our four day road trip across country.

It's an old building with minimal upkeep. Room was dark and dingy. Lights by the door did not work, had to walk into a dark room to find additional lighting. Hairdryer did not work but was replaced with a working unit. Room was not serviced during our stay. We had to get our own clean towels, which were stained.

My account that I used to pay for the stay was hacked right after the payment was processed. Very inconvenient for me now!!

First room we were given had no fridge so we then were given a room on the second floor with a fridge and no garbage can. I wish I had known that we had to carry our things up the steps so that was a bit rough. We could hear everything from the hallway and outside so it made it difficult to sleep. On the positives, the carpets were clean and there was plenty of hot water.
