Amazing I love it

Simple & straightforward extended stay. Unsure if dishes + kitchen basics were included or an extra charge — there was nothing IN the kitchen, just a sign saying we could get things at the front desk. Clean.

Pros: clean shower Cons: no check-in at 2pm in the middle of the week, no one made up the sofa bed (they did give us clean sheets and we had to do it ourselves), no toiletries. We are do, it was clean and place was quiet. But no frills.

My experience with service was disappointing. They expected me ti know the stupid rules without been told. Yeah stupid rules. Maintenance lady was very rude when asked for clean towels.

It was a good price for the room size

The bed was brutal. Might as well have been a pull out. I couldn’t sleep at all despite being very tired.

the place needs to be updated and repainted. The room was clean, but it had some broken stuff, and it was old.

The carpets were dirty and not sweep. The bed was lumpy as well as the pillows.

They overbooked and turned me away at the property. They have not authorized a refund just yet.

Close to everything

Simply terrible. The gentleman at the front desk was clueless and unapologetic. Didn’t know anything about the reservation. Had to call his supervisor at around 12a- entered the wrong number on the key pads.. really bad. Room was dirty and felt unsafe all around

Upon checking in the desk staff was pleasant but was on a personal call the whole time. The odor in our room was awful, A mix of cigarette smoke and mold. The AC was off and on and the room temp was not comfortable. There were dirty towels in the bathroom when we arrived. Pull out mattress was stained possibly urine. We could not stay more than 1 night.

Pretty standard room/experience for an Extended Stay property. Room was clean, but dark. Room was on the 1st floor, so people would walk by the window from the parking lot. Fridge was noisy at times (though it is nice to have a fridge); neighbor also was noisy. Front desk attendant usually not very visible/available. But it was close to where I needed to be and the price was better than nearby hotels. I would stay here again if needed.

So, There were some good things about this place: good location right off 84, pet friendly, and the staff I met were very nice. Now the cons: 1. The staffing setup is weird, even for post-Covid scaled-down hotels. There is a front desk behind glass. 90% of the time, there's no one there. If you stand there for 30 seconds, there is a camera, and usually somebody sitting out of sight will ask to help you. But why not just have that person sit in the front, and be on call to help guests? *Everything* here seems to be calculated to minimize the number of staff. 2. Breakfast is not good. Usually at this price point or even below, you get the classic 6-10 breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, the waffle maker, cereals, etc. Here, there is a small counter, and from 6-9:30 they put out coffee and tea, packets of instant oatmeal, and some individually-wrapped poor-quality muffins. That's it. There's no communal space in the hotel, and this counter is in the entry area where the glassed in reception also is. For the rest of the day there's no coffee, water, chair-no reason to be anywhere in the hotel other than your room. 3. No gym, no pool. 4. The rooms are equipped with fridge, stove, cabinets and sink. There is not a single pot, fork, ice cube tray, or salt shaker in the room. They provide a list of available things, from spatula to colander to dish drying rack, that you can request, and they will give you. Have people stolen this stuff? 5. My room smelled funky.

Staff was very nice and the area is lovely and easy parking and very convenient location. It was generally clean. View outside was great. But, there are people with loud kids and you can smell there have been smokers in the room in the past and some marijuana smoke in the hallways.

Place stinks, room sticks and dirty, wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

Not so good, did not serve the good break fast, no dustbins in the room, no drinking water, door lock issue. not happy with this stay.

Very economical motel. No frill. Overall in decent condition. Didn’t stay for long. There were some people hanging outside of lobby and smoking, not sure they were guests. Acceptable for the price.

The room had a very bad odor I don’t know if it was the rug or maybe the previous guest who cooked or what but couldn’t stand the smell.. It’s an okay hotel And the breakfast was just coffee, tea and snacks..

The facility was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the quiet and spacious room.

Excellent no frills and great rate. Quiet, clean, nothing fancy but a solid 8 on tour travels. 1 night stay and it was great....easy access to 84.

Good place to stay if you just need a night or two. Breakfast is just small muffins, coffee & instant oatmeal. Love the fact dogs are allowed.

The site staff is beyond excellent. From check-in to front desk support that is responsive and comprehensive with a positive attitude. Ive been staying for two months and will continue my stay for the foreseeable future
