Comfy beds, good linens. Breakfast was great. I'd stay here again!

Updated rooms, no carpet (win), great staff. Overall quality of stay was great

The stay was good, the only issue was too much banging noice from the upper floor in middle of the night as i got a roon in main floor. Next night was better. Secondly, reception staff need to explain / provide the wifi conectivity process and password when issuing room access card.

people in the above room were noisy all night long felt like a herd of elephants up stairs . very load stomping feet. .

We had a great 2-night stay. The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom sink is outside in the main area. Not a big deal for us but it is different.

Greeted immediately when entering the property by super helpful and cheerful staff. The hotel itself had an awesome selection of purchasable snacks, as well as complimentary coffee and slushies, and the pool is open fairly late. The breakfast in the morning had excellent selection and great hours. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are so clean. Will be booking here again.

Had to complain three times to the front desk people upstairs very noisy, running in hall way, screaming crying and jumping after 10:30 pm.

Our stay was good, rooms were Decently clean. my kids loved the breakfast, it was always stocked and area was always clean. Also the kids loved the free slushy after 1 pm. My biggest complaint is the beds. They felt old, broken down. Getting into bed or getting out of bed the sides of the bed would collapse. Which also made us have to sleep right in the middle, so that was not the most comfortable

It was in a convenient location.

Pros: Excellent friendly staff, room was well appointed and immaculate, breakfast had a few thoughtful extras that set it above the standard Continental fare. Cons: Not much soundproofing for the room, stairwells were a bit dirty.

It was quiet and I appreciated your staff moving us (without asking) to the main floor when the elevator became out of service. It was greatly appreciated.

Property was clean. Easy access to WEM. Suite was okay, good for 3 teens and a parent. Pool awesome. Breakfast, standard grab and go, coffee and slurpees on tap. Elevator was out but not their fault in a long weekend. Will stay again.

Great staff. Nice location for my choice of activity.

The elevator broke down, unfortunate for my wife who is disabled. When checking out she had to use the stairs.

Elevator was down our whole stay but otherwise was a good hotel

They have very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is amazing, so many choices and it's included. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance.

Quiet and clean property with friendly staffs. Free breakfast looked simple and basic but it's quite enough for the day start.

Room was clean and updated however we saw a mouse in our room during our stay , was a bit offputting. We didn't use elevator it was backed up it's also the staff elevator , wouldn't stay here if you have movement issues . P

This place was terrible. The air conditioner was so loud they provided ear plugs in the room. There was not enough staff anywhere. The breakfast food was horrible except for the protein. They ran out of everything and were understaffed. We needed clean sheets for our grandsons bed. We requested this in the morning were told yes and of course nothing got done. No obe answered the phone. We went to the front desk ordered a top and bottom sheet. We eventually got a top sheet and bedspread. We used the top sheet as a bottom sheet and gave up. We will never stay in a best western again.

This was a good property and close to were we needed to be.

After not having been informed that we had to let the front desk know by 10am if we wanted our room cleaned, we requested clean towels as we had used them for that day. We were told they would be brought to our room. None ever came. So I requested again and none ever came. When I complained about not receiving clean towels for 2 days, I was told the staff were very busy. Hardly an excuse for basic requirements when staying in a hotel. I would NEVER recommend this hotel and I would encourage people to not waste their money here. Though the 2 front end ladies were very nice and said they were doing what they could, that in no way excuses not receiving clean towels for a families in 2 Juior Suites and paying for 6 adults and also having 4 children, all of which were a part of the resevation.. We were left with no towels to get ready and I had splurged on suites. To spent $1300.00 + dollars for a family get-away and receive this pathetic level of service, I would rate my exprience here as 0.
