The rooms were nice but the price was a little high. We ate at the restaurant across the street. They were grab and go things you could take with you for breakfast in the morning.

The round-the-clock front desk folks were always so kind, cheerful, and helpful. Many thanks to them. The location is close to the Yellowstone Park entrance; and the IMAX Theater and Discovery Center are within walking distance. The parking lot behind the Inn has lots of spaces, but be careful - the physical space per car is ridiculously narrow. Perhaps they could up their game for the breakfast bar, but it is quite adequate, especially for those anxious to get to the park. To some, the "historic" rooms might feel a little tight at 205ft. Good layout for those who use a wheelchair. The lobby has lots of animals and animal heads, so it has a western lodge vibe, along with generous seating and a gas fireplace.

It's a grand western hotel -- fun to see. Parking to begin with was questionable but after asking where to park it was great. Beds were comfy. Liked the setup of the bathroom with the toilet and shower separated from the sink/vanity. The only thing we didn't like was that the towels were scratchy and didn't dry very well.

Late breakfast!!!!!For getting into the park was disappointed.Wouldve liked to have been earlier.Also a certain segment of the guests were very rude and pushy but don't know what could be done about it

A kind of expensive toiletry item went missing from our room after having it cleaned, we told the staff and they did nothing. They said we ‘must have misplaced it’, which we definitely didn’t. So I would not recommend. There is no safe in the room, so take luggage that locks and put valuables, including nicer toiletries, in the locked luggage. Also, the breakfast wasn’t great.

Very clean! The desk staff was very nice, the lobby is cute and good for socializing. The decor is dated, but in a nice rustic way. Shout out to the house keeping staff- they are doing a great job!

Nice inn, walking distance to restaurants and shops, room wasn’t cleaned to our expectations but we also have extremely high standards. Looking for fun restaurants with great food, Buffalo Bar and Wild West Pizza and Saloon deliver on both.

This is a very tired property. The room was tiny and cramped. It was overpriced as was most everything in this town bordering Yellowstone. The only bright spot is the secure underground parking. The staff was very friendly, but that didn’t make up for the poorly maintained hotel.

Breakfast could have some better/cleaner ingredient choices. In addition, there needs to be more seating in the breakfast area. There were no seats for many people who came down for breakfast.

The carpet needs a thorough clean, especially in the corners. Also the ventilation throughout the hotel. The towels had stains, but I think that these just don't come out and the towels were clean. The distance to Yellowstone National Park is very short. Overall, not the cleanest hotel, but perfectly fine for a visit to Yellowstone.

Well, I guess I shouldn’t have expected much staying at a hotel in a resort town. Room was very small and dated. Water pressure was not that great but plenty of hot water. Free breakfast was mediocre at best. Packets of Quaker Oats oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, danishes, bagels and toast, school lunch style cups of mandarin oranges and make your own waffles. I’ve had better continental breakfasts at Best Westerns. First night the AC sounded like it was going to blow up. Making a loud banging sound and started smelling like something was burning. Plus was the staff. We told them about the AC and they had it fixed by the time we were back from the park. Exceptional service. I hope the owners are paying their staff well. At $300 a night for this average hotel I would expect they could. Shoulda just priced what it would cost to stay in the park.
