The app neglected to mention that the hotel requires an $150 deposit. I almost lost my room because of this. My heater didn’t work and the kitchen isn’t a full kitchen. The staff are overworked but are extremely helpful. The place is run down but the bed was great.

Hotel was ok. Front staff were nice. Floors were dirty. Laundry needs seperated based on smoking vs non smoking rooms. Lots of people smoking in the parking lot.

It's a tweaker motel for sure so if u ever come to kennewick area and don't know what u did with your drugs then this would be the place to go guarantee you will find it here and find it quick

The Hotel was full of people that lived in the hotel, the room i reserved was dirty and looked like someone was just there. When I went to the front to complain and get a different room the reception told me there was no other rooms left but i wanted to she could run and make the bed and clean the room. I refused her offer, I Felt extremely unsafe just being on the property due to the amount of people that were hanging out and were clearly under the influence of drugs. Overall it was the worst experience of my life.

The property was conveniently located and price was okay. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the cover on the bed had a large stain. The sheets also did not stay on the bed, although they were clean.

I stayed in 3 diff rooms while here because i was waiting on my rental to be ready and only booked a couple days at a time, ended up being there a week. Rooms are nit cleaned well, carpets had stains and there was cat poop and cat food under the bed, after going into another room the stove didnt work, and the last room had leaks under the sink and water flooding. Manahament sinoly said they would let maintenance know and housekeeping know about checking under beds. Was not worth the money. 😐

The room was very unclean (visible stains on beds, mold in the shower, dirty carpet), the walls were unfinished, the door locks barely functioned, and it was very difficult to track down front desk staff to assist with any issues.

I was unable to enter the place after 1 AM and had to go to a different place. Place refused the refund and did not bother that my kid and I were left unsafe without the room we already paid fod

The pictures on the website did not at all display what we were given. The kitchenette facilities were not sufficient for use, no dishes supplied for cooking. Sink drain smelled horrible.
The floors were definitely not washed properly and the rest of the hotel carpets were very dirty.
The cupboard n bathrooms were old and tattered and the bathroom was not even stocked with soap and towels and there were pillow cases just thrown on the bed.
The beds did smell and look as if they were clean but the rest left a lot to be desired when considering staying here again.
I will not go back and feel the hotel needs to change the photos on the website to reflect what people will get for their money.

The folks were nice but the maintenance of the rooms was terrible. Picture all the wall trim off (the glue and rough sheetrock showing). Picture a nasty carpet that has been in there for decades. Picture an old toilet that trickles water when flushed (not an exaggeration)...and the handle has to be rotated backward to use. Picture a toilet that moves and not seal properly (has old leak stains on the floor.) Picture a TV that doesn't work and then I'm the one who has to go up and carry a different one down from the third floor. Not good. I was continuously having to go to the office. The rooms really were nasty. Wouldn't ever go back. Disgusting. Honestly I was worried about bed bugs or some other insects that might be crawling around. Truly nasty.

The pool was not open. That was the reason we booked this hotel was the pool. Tried to get refund and go elsewhere. They said they couldnt give refund. And had to call expedian. Called expedia and it is a 20 minute wait.

Room was nice but no plastic drink cups in the room. Facility is pretty run down and needs upgrading.

Prices are low. We got a room that had not been vacuumed and the TP was almost gone on the one roll in the room. We were on the second floor. Whoever was above us was doing something to cause their floor ans our ceiling to creak from midnight to about 2 AM.
The value would have been ok but we didnt get good rms sleep.

Desk closed down at midnight and I was coming from long ways. Desk tried to call me to verify I was still coming at 10pm. Desk stayed open after midnight hoping I would arrive. I did. Thank you desk. Room was a big apartment.

The property is filthy and security patrols the halls. Locks are missing on doors, cupboards were hanging off. We switched rooms and it was a MINOR improvement. Other rooms and the hallway stunk really bad, dogs and people were in the halls at all hours. Would never stay again.

As soon as I stepped out of my car a panhandler approached and asked for money or for me to buy one of his watches.
No furniture in room. I had to put a bed lamp onto the floor and sit on the bed in order to use my laptop and to eat.
Good- large fridge but the range had been removed, but still had a microwave.

I did a reservation for this hotel and I come today at 1:00am
I am very disappointed because in the lobby, nobody is there. I just got here. Very tired with supposed to. My room is waiting for me which is already paid, but nobody’s here to open.

Hotel was dirty - looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time . Hallways smelled of urine - room smelled musty and wasn’t clean either - not sure what to say but won’t stay here again - I expect a hotel is cleaned daily - don’t think that is happening here -

Truly disgusting place to sleep even for one night, we ended up leaving after seeing the condition of the mattress and bedding. Stains, burn marks, dirt... just plain gross. Lots of people loitering outside, very shady place
