This hotel had some updates done since last time we stayed. Clean, friendly staff and great morning breakfast. We loved this place and will be returning when traveling in the area.

I was disappointed at breakfast. There were not any normal items like potatoes or scrambled eggs. At 7:30am the bacon was already gone. Only vegetarian choices remained.

Stayed for one night and everything was good. This appears to be an older hotel that has been updated and it works. Room was clean. Good breakfast. Had some confusion at check in as I booked through a third party and their card had been declined but gentleman at the front desk called to straighten it out which took 10-15 mins. This was our first stop in Portland and while there were some signs of poverty (shirtless man going through the garbage at the hotel entrance), it was nothing excessive and not anything that made me regret booking. It worked well for a quick stay while passing through on our way to see the many waterfalls east of Portland.

Many things were broken at the property included locks on doors. That's a priority must have for me. I travel with additional safety locks and I am so glad I do because the latch on my room did not work.

I checked in really late after a horrible day, and the staff was super nice. The gentleman night auditor was exceptionally kind and I really appreciated it.

2 night stop in Troutdale to enjoy the Columbia River Gorge. We were comfortable and had a spacious room. I love having a separate area to relax that also has a sink and counter. My only remark would be that you can see the room has been update however, in the bathroom the hardware was original but the rest of the room had been updated. It almost look like it was missed..otherwise it was a great place

everything was perfect except. On one morning the manager was having an issue with one of the staff and she reprimanded her in an area where anyone that was in the breakfast room could hear. I feel for those moments that they should be done in private

The hotel was just okay. What really was terrible is that the property did not have our reservation on file, and it took almost an hour to resolve the issue with Expedia. I ended up asking for a refund and booked a room directly.
Very disappointed in my experience with Expedia this time.

Room was very clean and comfortable. We ate dinner at the station up the hill frombthe hotel that featured craft beer and cider and 20 different food trucks. Easy on and off from I84 to I5. We are traveling from Klamath County and find this location a nice overnight stay

One of the reason we stayed was because the property had a pool and hot tub. Both were out of service and we did not know that in advance. It would have been nice to know in advance.

It would've been nice to know the pool was under maintenance. We picked this place because of the pool. The room also has been well used (trim coming off, stains, etc)... I expected it to look better than it did. The stay met our needs in the end. We just expected better than what we got. We probably will not stay here again.

We stayed there because they have a handicap pool that my father wanted to use. We told them this when we called and they failed to tell us the pool was empty and under construction. We even all got dressed for swimming - put my father in a bathing suit and went to the front desk to ask about the pool (towels in hand) and they told us how to get to there but never mentioned it was CLOSED - We would have rented the 3 rooms at another hotel for my father’s 80th birthday had we know.

Fitness center in picture is not fitness center they have. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning doesnt go below 66. Thats not comfortable to have a room that hot. Staff was great though. Located near plenty of restaraunts.

Out family doesnt ever stay at hotels, so my boys were so excited for the pool, only to find out upon arrival that the pool is under renovation. Had i known, we would have looked elsewhere, very disappointing and misleading.

Found someone’s dirty underwear in our bathroom. Not sure how the cleaning service missed them. Breakfast was very limited as more than half the stuff was unavailable along with construction going on. Will not go back.

Pool was “closed for remodel” gym was no good also closed the second day for remodel. First room I was given was 88 degrees with a broken thermostat. However the front desk exchanged no problem.

Paid 130 for room. Didn’t know until after check in the pool and hot tub were closed for construction so no amenities. The elavator wasnot working for half the night so very disappointed too much money for just a room

I called from New York, looking for a room for my son and daughter-in-law due to the power outages and ice storms and from the very first moment that they answered the phone they were wonderful and accommodating. Luckily they had rooms available and my son and daughter-in-law stayed there for a few nights, and it was just perfect for what they needed and only within 10 minutes of where they live, we were able to get some documentation emailed back-and-forth for Credit Card authorizations and unfortunately I forget the woman’s name but she was wonderful. Thank you so much.

The property was under construction, so not very inviting upon entering. Website didn’t mention anything about current construction going on. Was looking forward to use of pool/hot tub after day of travel but upon arrival found out pool and hot tub was unavailable for use also due to construction.
