Had a high rating online. Television & WiFi didn't work the entire stay.

Absolutely great staff!! Super friendly willing to help, clean , upgrading the pool deck and sun deck!! 3 trip there can't wait to go again

The staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was very close to the beach, we weren't aware that the pool was out of service. The suite was small but want terrible except there were several soft spots in the floor

The pool was under construction, poor lighting in room and was a dead roach on the bed end table. but at least it was dead.

Clean with nice staff. Best part is the beach is right behind it!

Repairs to pool area due to past hurricane damage still being done. The rest of stay…perfect

I’ll start off with saying the staff was fine. And our room itself wasn’t terribly bad. With that being said, that’s where the good ended. Anywhere in or around the hotel had little to no reception. The first night there we couldn’t even get the TV to work. And the WiFi was non existent and we tried them all. But the most disheartening and frustrating is that NONE of the amenities were usable and it was not disclosed anywhere nor did the staff tell me before they took y card and charged my stay. No pool, no direct access to the beach couldn’t use the grills bc the grass hadn’t been cut and was almost shin deep. The kids were devastated bc they wanted to be able to hang out at the pool when they weren’t down on the beach. I also plan on contacting corporate to file a complaint there as well. This was completely unacceptable.
