My father was in the hospital and they set me up very quickly as it was an unexpected stay.

Changed rooms because first one toilet overflowed and then second room they moved us too the AC leaked water all in floor soaking everything. They wanted to move us to third room but we refused at that point. We checked out with no refund as we just wanted to leave. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and burnt holes in curtain’s. Beds uncomfortable and thin pillows. One night was enough for me to never return.

Did not stay, cockroaches in room and bed. Foul cigarette smell in room. Did not stay. They said they have done the refund to hotels.com/Expedia. So I expect a full refund. Thank you.

Absolutely filthy. Got there at 11:04 pm . It was pouring down rain . Had to wait for some employee to come open up lobby to give me my key . Was standing in rain for a out 18 mins before they ever got there. Mold on sheets spiderwebs in all corners . Floor had not been mopped ever I don't think. Stained up w5 year old chair . It was awful

This place is absolutely disgusting from the ceiling to the floor there's roaches the floor hasn't been mopped in probably a year there's like poop on the wall the hot water doesn't work the fridge barely gets cold and the bathroom door doesn't even shut.

The shower curtain rod was bent to where u could not closed the curtain properly. When we went to get additional towels and pillows, there was no one in the office although the sign said they did not close until 11. We had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the door. We were unable to get additional pillows and only 1 additional towel set. Upon parking in of the door of our room a lady placed a cone in the parking space and would not allow us to park although there were no other places to park. There was a gentleman continuously popping fireworks from 10pm- 2am every evening right outside our room door.

This place was a complete waste of money …. From the outside it’s a very nice hotel you would think anyway considering the fact that it’s next to 2 Marriott hotels…. No!!! The moment you enter this hotel it smells like mold or mildew roaches in the room holes in the bathroom door tv was extremely slow the internet sucks the neighbors actually live at the hotel and hang outside all night long asking for cigarettes took my family 2hours to realize this was a no go and we ended up jus leaving at and not even staying there it was absolutely horrible never again never recommend to anyone not to mention when I tried to bring it to the staff’s attention the lady at the desk said “oh it’ll be alright” it was that moment I knew we had to leave….

Roaches to galore! They do not clean your room you do not get clean sheets. You do not get clean towels. You have to take out your own garbage. There are holes in the wall. There are cobwebs in every corner. There are stray, cats, crawling up and down the parking lot, sleeping and crawling all over your vehicles.

We left. Were there about ten minutes. Did a bed check and did use the restroom so they only refunded me for one of 2 nights. The door lock was broken, it appeared that Tahoe door had been kicked in before. the floors were not swept and probably had never been mopped by the looks of it. We had a one year old that we refused to let on the floor. The coffee pot had crystallized coffee in it. It was filthy inside and out. The whole vibe was weird. Felt very unsafe. The lobby smelled like mold. It was just awful. I’ve never seen a place so awful especially for the price. The only good thing about the place was how friendly and understanding that the front desk lady was.

The rooms where nasty when we got the I got my room key and some homeless man was in my room sitting in the bed smoking a cigarette and it wasn’t safe so we left

Every one was welcoming we come in for a short trip and i jad my mother whos in a wheel chair with me and we was placed up stairs but they was able to get it switched over i didnt see any bugs house keepers was bive and let me use there broom and stuff on days we was there to keep the sand down ! But the pool waant open to us and that made my kids upset other than that it was great its cheap amd convenient! Would stay again

Room was filthy and front desk service was horrible. It seemed like i was interrupting their day when i needed anything. Trash was overflowing and pool was not available, despite it being in the 80s each day. I dont recommend this place.

The rooms were super dirty and bugs everywhere. We had to spray the whole room with bug spray. Not to mention, the top balcony was full of spiders, I don’t see how people were just walking through. I had to spray before I could walk through and knock all the webs down. We also had to change rooms because the first room they gave us had old trash still left under the counter and it smelled horrible. Don’t recommend unless they get new cleaners.!!

Check in and check out were simple enough, but the overall state of the facility and the room left MUCH to be desired. There were cobwebs everywhere in the room, dust on cabinets and on the refrigerator, used towels left in the room from prior guests. There was a barking Doberman in the room next to us and it frequently smelled like weed. Unclean and icky. Would have been better off booking one of the neighboring hotels. At checkout I walked into the lobby to find someone sleeping on the couch. I would not stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were busy upon check-in and check out and they handled it with no issues whatsoever. The lady working check-in actually had a drunk man come in and be belligerent and she asked him very nicely to go outside so the rest of us didn't have to hear it.
The room was comfortable and it had everything you needed. The price was good for just a one night quick stop.

this was the worst place I have ever stayed. There were roaches, burn holes on the furniture. It was disgusting…sketchy guy working on his car and no attendant to assist when my key would not work coming in at midnight……my daughter and I literally stayed with the dresser drawer up against the door. I was in shock a place could be open for business like this

The staff was not very polite. I was charged a $200 deposit for the hotel being “local” even though I live in another town and have not ever been charged a “local fee” in any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the same town. I was charged $35 a night for my dog to stay with me even though it was never mentioned to me before my stay. The room was musty, the sheets were stained, and there were people partying all through the night in the rooms around me. I honestly could have stayed at the Hilton in town and paid less and had a nicer stay.

This is on Expedia! You rated this property high, Expedia. I believed it. It was awful, scary, disgusting, lacked supplies, had to switch rooms and the second one wasn't much better. Supposed to be non smoking-smelled of smoke badly. People partying, playing loud music all night. Cockroaches, plugged drain when trying to shower. Someone had taken a crap in the bathroom and it was not cleaned or flushed! Hair dryer fell off the wall. So much more! It was awful

For the price and location near Wrightsville Beach, NC, this is a decent property, and the staff nicely came to the door at 11:50 PM, after their office was closed. Parking was plentiful and easy and well lit, and it was quiet. Free Wifi was quite good.
However, the room had several problems. The microwave oven was broken and had a "shorted display" fault and was blaring out a loud alarm. I had to look around for the plug inside a cupboard to shut it off. The shower/tub was leaking pretty fast and the pillows smelled funny. Much of the room was a little sticky... A little attention to the room would have made this a better stay.

Room didn't smell stale, it smelled of weed. Pillows were crap. Thankfully it was too chilly for the pool cause it was nasty. I'm sure they just sweep the floors cause the bottom on my daughter's sock were dirty after walking around in just socks. While checking the room I saw under the mattress..HORRID

Been coming here most years for a decade. The rooms are nice with a kitchen. This year they required a deposit of $50.00 at check in for the first time. They say it will be refunded. Hopefully.

The sheets weren’t clean. One bed had makeup still on the pillow cases, so they weren’t washed. The other bed had hair all in the sheets. Staff was very nice but the conditions of the room was just nasty.
