The man working the front desk with long fingers and a long was rude and lacked professionalism. He seemed annoyed that my party asked question about our rooms not being ready for our 4pm checkin. The hallways did not smell pleasant and there seemed to be quite a bit of transients coming in and out of the property.

we ended up having to leave, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. this hotel was from start to finish uncomfortable, gross and just down right atrocious. we were there for an hour, we booked for five nights. the hotel has refused to give a refund for the days we were not there. all in all NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

It was amazing from when we arrived it smelt so clean and was welcoming.
Aside from the fire alarm going off at 2:30am (which they had no control of) it was a great and quiet stay. No one bothered you and kept to themselves. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay again.

Overall the room was good. They did however put me in a handicap room and booked a regular room. The room door has paint peeling off. The bathroom door had paint peeling off and the door was swollen. You could not close the door.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The listing on hotels.com shows breakfast as included and it was not available there. The inside of the facility had a few dead crickets but that seems to be a location issue since the outside walkways were covered in them. The primary reason I chose another Sonesta hotel was the lack of stable internet connection since I work remotely. I didn’t appreciate that the smoking area was right by the door. Overall it was an ok stay for a last minute booking.

The hotel does not look like the pictures posted. Apparently the photos are from when the hotel first opened.The lady at the front desk was not the friendliest. Our customer service experience with her was terrible. Our reservation was for 3 people and when we asked for a pillow to accommodate the bedding for the 3rd person we were told they were completely out. Like, what hotel doesn't have pillows available? Our room had a smell the entire time we stayed and we didn't feel the safest in the location where we stayed.

The room wasn’t very clean, there were clothing tags in the ground, it smelled like smoked, and at the end of the hallway there was a trash bin overflowing with trash, it was even in the ground.

The elevator is garbage, the water pressure in the shower was garbage, but the employee hospitality was top notch.

This overall is a good property to stay at. I’m sensitive to smells and hotel smell is fine, the room smell was unpleasant. It smelled like mildew and old carpet.

This hotel is a good choice if you're on a budget. The only problem I had was them charging me a $5/night fee to park in a unsecure parking lot with a bunch of pot holes. Also I was told that my room would be serviced 3 days after I checked in. The housekeepers did not even attempt to clean my room or make my bed the whole 7 days I was there. The hallways had a weird smell from the chemicals they use to clean. Other than that the hotel is in a quiet area, I did not have any disturbance.

Do not book; drug infested. Needles/ Syringes all over the parking lot. Huge potholes in the parking lot. I thought I knocked the motor out my suv. Rooms are very old not one USB in the room.

I don't appreciate not being informed about $100 deposit after I book the room via email, there's a policy on the front of the building that says smoking must be 15 ft from the building. Yet at night time there was a African American who was acting as security who told my partner she had to walk across the street to smoke (He only approached her when I walked away for a moment to throw something away)but he allowed a group of African American men and women to smoke near the grill. That was right next to the building along with people who were smoking and vaping in their rooms on the 3rd and 2nd floor which smelled like cigarettes and weed while he was on his phone with his head down sitting

The staff as a whole was very helpful and polite, BUT there was one front desk clerk (black trans woman) that was rude and nasty all the time for no reason. I was there for 7 days and she was the only staff member that gave me attitude. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced and the kitchens should be upgraded but other than that good place to stay. Quiet and close to highways.

First time using this property and I absolutely loved it! The room was clean and tidy! The bed and sheets was clean! One thing I will say is that they don’t take chime, cash-app and something else which was an issue at the beginning… would be nice to be more convenient or open up front about it. Other then that 10/10 booking again!

This place is horrible; everything smells. The entrance/lobby area smells old or moldy, and the room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. This place is disgusting.

A/C sucked...one small unit for the entire suite. Most of the plugs near the night stands were non-functional. Toilet seat loose. Elevator was "questionable"...made noises an elevator should not make. Also, that is the smallest "queen" I've ever slept on.

The service is hit and miss. A couple of the front desk people are cool however a couple are just plain rude.

My son and I stayed there 2 nights. We got a suite with a living room with a sofa bed for him, desk, table, full kitchen, one bath and a separate bedroom for me.
Both rooms were cool, clean and comfotable. The hallway was warm.
No pool and it was an extended stay place so no maid service, but we could pick up new towels, sheets etc. Had an ice machine, laundry and gym.
