Good comfortable bed

I was given a "handicap" room where the shower and toilet were separate. The smell of mold was so strong in the shower area that you didn't want to stay for long. Certainly not a condition for a handicapped person to deal with.

Right by the freeway, you can't beat that.

Very clean, comfortable budget friendly motel. This is our go to motel when in Red Bluff.

I arrived at 8:03 pm. The front desk sign read “Out to lunch. Back in 30 minutes” There was a little plastic clock indicating the clerk would be back at 8:20. I was exhausted. I wanted a shower and bed. I guess 24-hour check in actually means 23.5 hour check in.

They charged my card twice and credit card for almost 1000 dollars and won't do anything about it. Employees need more training, did not help me ans ism still waiting for my money.

Stay was ok but i didnt realise when i booked it the location was beside the hwy I 5 when we arrived ac was on and no windows on freeway side but wnen ac off late that nite the noise was big time so stay on other side of property . Good bed breakfast std and ok

Waited half hour to check in. Desk clerk was on her break. Sheets were not fitted. Sub par breakfast. Noise carried between rooms.

I arrived at 7:57 pm, clerk was sitting at the table and said she couldn't check me in until 8:30 pm because she was on her dinner break. She ate her dinner and watched TV, then at 8:30 she checked me in. This was NOT a busy hotel. I know she was alone, but most people eat when there aren't customers around.

One of the better Days Inn that I have stayed at. The breakfast was actually a complete one with waffles, eggs, cereal. good O.J., toast, etc. Most hotels now give you prepackaged rolls and coffee. The room was outstanding(#109)! King bed with modern furniture and a bigger flat screen TV. Only problem there was buffering on every station, though the internet was working fine on my laptop and phone. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. Not the little tiny sizes, but actual big bottles. And the bathroom is a separate room! Staff, both morning and night, are fantastic with great attitudes. Unfortunately, there is construction nearby and only one gas station next door. No close by restaurants or other shops/eateries. Easy access to I-5, except for the construction. Recommend if you want a pleasant and quiet stay

Clean and quiet

The staff is great. Very clean pool, rooms are large and updated, beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast. This will be our prefered place to stay as we often drive interstate 5 between Los Angeles and Seattle

Check-in staff was really kind and helpful.

This was in a unattractive area with a lot of construction and noise, and the building was poorly built. You can hear people through the walls. The air conditioner was so loud and had no settings to facilitate different levels of air.

Nice place for the price. Out of the way for other amenities

The top lock was broken. A gap under the door. The property was trashy and unappealing.

It was horrible stay. Room was not clean at all and they didn’t do any housekeeping. The day one onwards the room was smelling very bad and try to complain and waited in the reception more than 20 minutes but the receptionist was busy with getting new guests. They were unattended while breakfast time at cafeteria and we have to ask multiple times to fill the items. I never advise anyone to this place I struggled literally with my family there

The night staff was amazing but check out staff don't had good day, at 9:10 am he said we can't offer you fresh and hot coffee because 9:30 AM breakfast time will be over, fork, sugar and tea bags were out so we requested but his attention was save everything.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast above average.

Understaffed, no coffee at Breakfast, lights are shut off automatically during shower, no bathtubs as advertised, very noisy all night with freeway & loud bikers

Breakfast was a disappointment. No meat anywhere. Everything else was good. I didn’t like putting my credit card number in at on line checking.

Not much to like. Kind of dumpy, for the price. The breakfast didn't have much to offer. Pretty much cleaned out before 9am. Will not return.

I guess you get what you pay for. Room: great, bed kinda soft, ac was working. Bathroom: long and short hairs in shower. Bugs: i definitely had roommate's that crawled around. Breakfast: love waffles

Nice enough for a return stay!
