It was an overnight stay and the hotel was wonderful. It was near restaurants, Costco and other businesses.

This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it gets worse each time. They definitely get 1 star for cleanliness. Spots on the floor, main hallways were filthy the entire time we were there, pool was dirty, wallpaper peeling, hot breakfast was gross. Never again!

The hotel itself was great. Clean rooms ,nice amenities and wonderful staff. But qe stayed 2 nights and the fire alarm went off bith times while we were sleeping. Had to walk down in thr middle of the night and wait to go back to bed. Thr hotel didnt offer sny compensation for thr inconvenience, and not even an apology. Never did find out why. But there was no fire

Good location. Close to airport. Nice pool and spa. Lots of nearby restaurants. Okay breakfast. Staff was friendly but we were disappointed that our room was not cleaned one time despite taking our do not disturb door sign down on day two. We stayed from Wednesday through Sunday without one cleaning. I had to ask for clean towels, remove our dirty towels from the room, and take out our garbage several times. Soap was not refilled in the shower and the floors were dirty in the bathroom. Sofa sleeper was uncomfortable and had a bar down the middle that hurt your back.

This was not our first stay at this location. It is convenient for us. It is right off I84, movie theater is right across the parking lot and there are several restaurants in the area and a Walmart Superstore with a Gas station a couple blocks up the street and a Costco with with a gas station a block the other direction. We really had everything we needed right there. We there for a week visiting friends and family and had everything we needed right there.

Room was very spacious and for the most part quiet. Even being so close to multiple main roads, didn't hear much traffic noise. Very clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Property was nice. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Our window shade was broken in our room, and the shower gel container in the shower was empty. Not to mention the fire alarm that made us all exit the building for 45 minutes in hundred degree temperatures.. False alarm, but still unsettling, having to walk down 4 flights of stairs after having had knee replacement was a bit challenging.

Arrived at 1:15 am. Called ahead to say what time we would arrive. The reception was empty. Called the main number 3 times. Waited and walked around calling for someone. Eventually someone showed up and didn’t even bother to apologize. Was only stopping for 4 hours of sleep so was quite annoyed to have to wait 15 minutes at a vacant desk.

It was an excellent one night stay. We were traveling with two small dogs so they gave us the first floor first room from the side entrance, making it very easy for us the walk them and unload and load our vehicle. The room was ultra clean, spacious, and updated. The king bed was comfortable. The room had a desk with chair, a sofa and side chair for relaxing. We will stay here again and recommend to others.

The room I reserved through Expedia is NOT what we ended up with. I took screen shots of my reservation to keep track. Highly disappointed with the reservation situation. The hotel itself was great, hotel clean, nice breakfast, what seemed like a safe area, pet friendly.
