I had an amazing stay! Staff were very sweet and so helpful. They have mini kitchens in the rooms and provided me with dishes, pots/pans and so much more. Definitely gives a homely feeling staying here! And again thank you to the staff here truly a blessing❤️

Front desk staff were great for check-in/check-out.
No problems with the room itself.
Sadly, they suffer a lack of proper security.
My stay wasn’t good after twice being forced out into the parking lot. 1st time late at night after a man showed up looking for a woman no longer at the hotel. He decided to pull the fire alarm & was outside roaming the grounds when police arrived.
The next day I’m put out in the parking lot again for the same fire alarm pull nonsense.
No thanks.

Well we checked in and the man was very nice. We got to the room and it wasn’t even clean. It was actually cleaned because the maid service tip envelope was neatly placed in the counter but about a foot away was salt and like used hamburger on the counter it was disgusting. Turned around walked out and refunded. Couldn’t take it and the smell was like pot in the halls gross.

All the towels were dirty and had hair in the towels. Bathroom had hair in there too. Didn't feel clean at all. Would not stay again. The neighborhood and the place on the outside looks decent, but inside is not at all.

Very uncomfortable staying here. There were people loitering / sitting around in the hallways late at night. The place was filthy, covered in stains and dust. Would not recommend to anyone.

Overall, the stay was ok but it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The grab and go breakfast was definitely grab and go as in there weren't many options.

Property needs an update. Things seem old and used. Found microwave really dirty like someone put some food in and exploded and it wasnt cleaned. Glad we only stayed one night.

I booked this hotel on a Tuesday night for the upcoming Friday & Saturday nights. When I showed up to check in on Friday night I was told they had no rooms available. I explained that I booked a room on Tuesday for Friday & Saturday already, but I got the same answer that there were no rooms available. I asked how this could be and the guy behind the desk just gave me a number to call for a refund as he clearly did not care whatsoever. Then another couple walked in right behind us to check in and there was a room for them no problem. I was very angry & confused by what was happening. I had to book a hotel 30 minutes in the other direction from where we were going as that was the closest place I could find that had a room available. I will never book this crooked hotel ever again!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I had a dog and they put me on the 3rd floor. I came back from a long day of watching softball. I stopped at the desk because I left my key in the room, it took 5 minutes for the desk person to come out of the office to help. Then when I asked where the ice machine I was told they didn't have one and I had to make my own. The last thing I wanted to do was make my own ice. Went back out to my car where I had just purchase a bag of ice for the cooler. Not ideal but better than making my own.

Property canceled my stay without notifying expedia or me. Would not recommend this property. Expedia spoke to the hotel staff onsite but they were not able to provide an answer on why my reservation was canceled. Take your money and go elsewhere.

It took than an hour to get us checked in because the attendant couldn't remember the login id and password to the system. The hotel was smelling of weed and there were insects in the room. A non smoking room had smoke smell. The room was filthy.

The front desk receptionist refused to accept the ID that we were trying to check in with. Because he stated that the ID holder is not a US citizen yet and this may cause a problem to them obtaining their citizenship.

😟Bed was rather uncomfortable, pillows should be replaced, one light bulb was burned out, air conditioning / heating unit fan was very loud. The chair was uncomfortable. There was change, ear plugs, candy and kleenex in a drawer of the dresser. The carpeting could stand to be shampooed.
🙂The front desk attendant was helpful and friendly. The bath towels were good, enough were in the room for our stay. The closet contained hangers. The coffee was good and available in the morning. The bathroom and kitchenette flooring was nice. The shower had a good showerhead and nice water flow, plenty of hot water.

From the first step inside the building, it smelled like marijuana constantly. The floor in our room clearly hadn't been swept for some time. The bathroom shower faucet dropped. There was a crack in the bathroom sink and vanity. There was a bloodstain on the sheet. There was a barking dog, constant voices and knocking on doors in the middle of the night and the room above us you could hear every step the people took and it was nonstop throughout the night. The "free breakfast" was a sparse selection of oatmeal packets, coffee, and granola bars. Definitely not going back and not worth the price.

Booked room on expedia said there was 4 left got there about 20 mins after booking on expedia and went to check in lady at desk was rude and said there was no rooms left and has turned away many other people walked out drove around parking lot mamy many open spots
