At check-in I was told that they were charging me $66 Canadian for incidentals but only $50 of that was refundable. The other $16 was for use of the pool/fitness room. We didn't use either of those and that $16 was not refunded. I don't feel that's right. If you advertise those are included, they should be included. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was clear water damage to the wall and the bathtub was worn enough that a rust ring had broken through the enamel. Breakfast was great and we looked forward to it each day.

We had such an amazing experience on our stay. We loved the fact that this hotel is pet friendly and gave our whole family the opportunity to enjoy a staycation outside of the city. The staff were so friendly and service at the free breakfast buffet was exceptional. The buffet offered a variety of options that were absolutely delicious. The indoor pool was so much fun! The room was clean and beds so comfortable. 10/10!!! We are definitely staying again soon.

Was great quality-price with pool, hot tub, gym and breakfast included. Staff were friendly and timely. An older building but rooms clean and comfortable with mini fridge and microwave.

Old tiles in the bathroom that had mold. No fan in the bathroom. The water taps (cold/hot) are piped in reverse. The breakfast was great and the hotel is clean…..but I did find a hair in the shower. Quiet room as it was a long weekend. Perfect for what I required.

This hotel provides easy access to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake with free parking and daily hot breakfast. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and we also enjoyed the indoor pool.

The toilet wasn't cleaned well, there was no bathroom fan, the lighting in the bathroom area was either off, or flashbang. The room backed onto the common area by the pool, and there was a huge group of people who were really loud. Overall, it was just okay... If you need a cheap place to sleep fora night.

While the hotel was a bit dated, it was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Breakfast was decent and typical with tons of seating and lots of staff keeping things running. Would definitely stay again.

The landscape looks like it has never been touched in years. Ice and beverage machines did not work. The Mac machine didn't work. Most of all the floor area around the interior pool was laden-ed with black mold emitting from the grout lines. The lamps were from the 60's of 3 lamps only one built in outlet worked. There was a Cat 5 outlet but no USB ports for charging. The room number is 148.

The training was good, but the housekeeping and front desk service was bad, they didn't answer the phone and when we got people working there I was arguing.

I had my dog with me and the staff were very accommodating. Access to my room from the parking area was extremely easy and convenient as I took my dog out a lot. There were many dog parks nearby and shopping was easy. Would stay again with my dog.

We had a lot of luggage so the many doors and tiny elevator was a bit challenging but staff were so helpful. A bit outdated but clean and quiet.

We had 5 nights at the hotel and whilst the staff were all nice and helpful, the hotel itself is in need of a complete refurb. Corridors were brown and dull, rooms weee comfortable but out of date, gyms ans pools needed serious investment. Bar good. Decent breakfast. Come on Best Westen, invest and get this great location hotel up to standard

It was very quiet and had all amenities that you could ever need. Restaurant/bar great food service was stellar and all staff onsite in every department were friendly. Parking was ample. Room was spacious with great bedding and super comfortable

Most of the stuff in the room and bathroom were broken. Carpet smell really bad. Coffee maker was dirty. Putting everything aside the smell of the carpet was too much.

Very disappointed in the facilities. No water for part of the day but only a $20 credit for the inconvenience. Staff great, breakfast great. Room just OK. Tub very slippery for a shower bathroom very small. The room rate should be less during renovations. Not the nicest BW I’ve ever stayed at.

Needs Major Upgrades… Hotel has a plan to upgrade in and out, but no set dates as to when. Carpet is dirty and needs changing. Bathrooms are very tiny. Breakfast is good. I would only stay here again in a pinch.

Overall our stay was just ok but expensive considering that this property needs mayor renovations as all the furniture and facilities are outdated.
Electrical outlets in the room were not working at all, there was an electrical extension cord running on the room’s floor secured with electrical tape, not a great impression for the price we paid.
Staff was very friendly specially at the bar, and at the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was not great - not a lot of taste and cold, but convenient as one doesn’t need to go out.
