The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children.
The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s.

We had a generator starting every fifteen minutes for two minutes, all night long under our closed window. When I made the remark that we didn’t sleep well, the clerk said “next time we will put you in an another room”

We arrived late night just before the kitchen closed. We ordered food, but it was really bad - the steak was raw and when it was sent back, it came back as if it had been in the microwave
The room was clean, but it smelled really bad. Could have been from the drain in bathroom, but it also smelled in the hallway
The room was really cold in the night, and we all ended up freezing.
The staff was really friendly and good service.

Friendly staff, good parking facility. Covid 19 precautions were good and adhered to,although it helped that the hotel appeared to be fairly empty.
Food in the restaurant was very good, at sensible prices.The Spa and pool were also very clean and spacious.location close to main routes, but not too far from town centre.

We chose this hotel because it says indoor pool and we have 2 little kids. It turns out the indoor pool is in the spa and is for adults only.
The pool was rather small. The sauna and steam room though nice and very modern only fit two or three people at a time.
The room is alright. We were expecting more for the price. No kettle for coffee or tea 👎

Very pleasant staff. Room was quite plain, but very clean and the bed comfortable. Very nice bathroom with an excellent shower. Nice evening meal and breakfast.

Sadly, only the pool outside could be used. The inside pool is being repaired at the moment. Outside, you feel a bit presented to the other guests eating at the restaurant.
Otherwise, the hotel was very clean and the staff also helped us boiling water for our baby.

very bad services... the hotel is full of painting fume which makes is really hard to stay in. The hotel did not clean our room because we had some clothes on the bed and for them, it is their policy not to clean the room if you have couple of shirts on the bed or else. We were there for 2 days so not really a lot. When we complained they pretty much told us it was like that... not even a free coffee for not cleaning the room. They gave us a strong attitude... very bad place do not go!! I usually do not write reviews but here I had to warn future possible guests. Moreover it is outside the city center so avoid.

Overnight business stay. For the price the hotel was very reasonable. Rooms were comfy and adequately equipped. Breakfast was reasonable but nothing fancy.
Local town is rather sleepy but there are a few nice places to eat rather than the hotel.

Stayed here because it was relatively close to our airport. Wifi didn't work and no air conditioning but the staff was friendly and helpful

Nice hotel, perfect with pool when you have been driving all day in hot weather. Standard room was okay size, and we had a balcony for ekstra space aswell. Good for 1-2 nights on the way south. No comments to breakfast or service in restaurant as we chose not to use it.

We stayed here when we visited Strasbourg, on our way down to the Black Forest in Germany. The hotel is located a short drive from Strasbourg but as we were driving it was close enough for our needs. The reception staff were kind and welcoming. The room was simple, clean and everything we needed, including free wifi. We had a drink in the bar in the evening and the beer served on tap was very nice. We didn't eat so can't comment on the restaurant but there's a lovely good size dining room and the food that was coming out smelt very nice!

Got a big discount when booking and for that price the hotel was value. had it been at full rate we would have been quite disappointed in the comfort and size of the rooms - which are very small! Breakfast was very good and the areas of hotel that are refurbished look nice.

Friendly staff, clean room, bed comfortable enough although slight sag so that as a couple we rolled slightly into the middle - but not bad enough so that I kept waking up. Air Con worked well. No UK channels on the TV though. Not a lot going on in the surrounding area but it was a stop over whilst passing through so I wasn't too worried about that. Pool a nice temperature and although a fairly busy main road right next to it which was fairly noisy it was still a good sun trap.

The rooms were not clean. There was 1 washrag for "towels". There was mildew and yellow stains throughout the rooms. There were holes in the wall of the rooms. The hotel smelled like my 90 year old grandma's house. There was no lighting in the hallways so it was impossible to find your room without tripping into things. It was one of the grossest hotels I have ever seen. The photos might have been taken 10 years ago - they could not have been recent.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, decent breakfast bar. Nothing fancy here, just the basics, but we enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed.

Room small but clea. No TV remore control. Also, there was a light switch on the wall a few inches above the bed head (no headboard) so you couldn't sit up in bed without switching on and off the light! Bathroom clean but there was a mouldy smell coming from somewhere and no air vent.
No waiting staff in breakfast room, and all tables needed clearng.so had to wait for waitress to come on duty.
