The room itself was great. Having two elevators spread out across the floor and not together made checking in and out easier. The only problem was the wifi. I dont know if there was something wrong with the extender, but there was no wifi connection from the room in front of the 2nd elevator(which happened to be the one I was in) to the end of the hallway. I would need to leave my room to go towards the main elevator if I needed it.

This hotel had the best bed. So comfy. It was quiet and I was right off the Lobby. The rolls in the am were so yummy.

The reps were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport. We felt secured. The locate and area was clean and felt secure.

The 1st room that was provided smelled of animal urine. The 2nd room was ok. I recommend if you are pet friendly, utilize a cleaner to remove the smell from the carpets, etc.

Overnight stay and was able to check in at noon. Hotel location is great if you are flying out of Oakland or even SFO. Uber to places to eat and Jack London Square.

The stay was fine. Just overnight to catch an early morning flight. The only thing that bothered me was I selected pay at property and my credit card was ran the day before. I've used hotels.com for years and that has never happened when I select pay at property.

Went to Yoshis for the weekend and choose this hotel for our stay. What a great choice - the staff was super friendly and the shuttle driver was very helpful. The room as well as the hotel was neat and clean. The free breakfast was simple and tasty. I will return.

Breakfast is simple and good, the bathroom is nice and working well. And the overall impression about this Holiday Inn was a bit flexible, which means you can adapt in the location as much as you can or whatever you like.
This hotel is accomodating guests in various ways, I think, as I spend some nights at the location.

Very nice black female worker ( she works nights this was on August 14th she was freakin awesome gosh lol) the room was clean, the staff was nice , the hotel provides shuttle to the airport ( which is snazzy) would stay here again!

Some of the public areas looked kind of grimy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise, I Was woken up at least five or six times people in the hallway

My family of four stayed there for four nights, breakfast was great, I asked for housekeeping on Sunday very early they said no because I have to give them a 24 hour notice, so I asked for Monday to get it clean we left, came back and no housekeeping, they apologized and offered me another room very nice of them, but I didn’t take it, it was late night we were tired and we were not feeling like moving everything so I just asked for clean towels.

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Food was nice and warm. Cleaning staff were always working cleaning good. Overall I would stay here again.

Hotel was nice but my toilet was clogged before I even used it and didn’t flush. Also for airport shuttle you have to call hotel. I ended up paying for cab.

The hotel is directly next to Waste Management. The chain link fenced in parking inside of the hotel’s “secure” parking is only for employees. The hotel smells awful, mold in the shower, bugs on the floor and someone else’s leftover animal crackers under a chair in our room. Horrible location, horrible customer service (don’t interrupt their tv watching) and disgusting property.

Excellent service and staff. Felt unsafe in the area, and heard comments about cars being broken into and things being stolen. However our stay was great- we had no issue with the property.
