Have stayed here several times on our annual trip to the Charlotte area. Always excellent and reasonably priced, close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Someone next door was smoking cigarettes and weed so our room smelled like it

Hotel and room was clean, friendly staff and excellent customer service. I had left an item in my room and they had found it and put in lost and found. When I asked about paying to have it shipped to me because I had already left town they just went ahead and shipped and didn’t charge.

We had 3 rooms reserved after a long flight. Front desk lady did not greet us with a friendly attitude. No direction given about breakfast served and times. Bed was comfortable but pillows was very small.

Great stay for moving our son into Davidson College. Beds were a little firm for my taste, but comfortable, safe and clean.

We just stayed one night and it was great. The free breakfast was the norm and was good. Looking out my room window, the pool looked like it needed vacuuming, although I personally didn’t use it. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom had a lot of hair in shower and on floors. AC only cooled while on, shuts off & gets very warm until it kicks back on.

The room was ok. The breakfast was not good.
When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.

We found a pretty big bed bug in our room (in my kid’s bed) at about 2am. We were then moved to another room that had a dead roach in it. Overall, everything was very outdated, which I could have gotten with if it was clean. Besides the bedbug in the first room there were long strands of hair in the sheets in the new room and it was a downgrade from what I originally paid for. I’ll just say that I’d never ever stay there again.

Nice Breakfast. Staff very nice. Clean room, comfortable bed. rooms need some TLC as some wear on them and bathroom. Hotel has some age.Drink machine needs to stay stocked. But for the price we would definitely stay here again.

There are extra fees to bring your pet and vary based on size. I was aware of of this prior to booking, but wanted to add it for anyone searching. Room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was pretty good.

Our room had body fluids all over it & the dust ruffle on the beds. There was a contact on the phone just stuck there. The room was filthy.

Our assigned room looked as if the bed had not been made and there were several hairs on the sheets. The concierge moved us to another room which was adequate. The lobby men’s restroom had no toilet paper so I asked the concierge for more which she gave me to load. The same restroom had vomit on the floor. The concierge said she would be locking the men’s restroom moving forward as she would not be cleaning it up.

Stayed one night for an event, realized late at bedtime the dust ruffle and comforter had blood stains. Appeared laundered however still evident and gross.

Had an issue with the bathtub drain. It wouldn't stay shut like it was supposed to. I went to the front desk and didn't get much help for the issue, nor any apology that we had this issue.

Overall my stay was excellent but on site guest laundry was not the best. I reported the soap dispenser being empty to 2 staff members and the issue did not get resolved. I got my own laundry detergent and then could not get the coins to go into the washer so i gave up trying and went off site to wash clothes.

It's not a bad experience, I've been in nicer hotels, but it's not great either. If you're planning on just sleeping here, it's clean and it doesn't smell. If you're planning on hanging out, look elsewhere. Breakfast isn't something to look forward too either but they do have an extended breakfast time during the weekend. Overall not a bad experience

After a 10 hour drive we were greeted by the friendly desk clerk, Linda, and efficiently checked in. Very pleasant environment, clean and quiet. The surrounding area was lush and away from the highway. Good BBQ at Mac’s a short walk across the parking lot.

While off the highway, it is on a nice street with trees and nice landscaping.

Smelled like cheap air freshener. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the ceiling. Pillows were washed but there were faint blood stains in the fabric. Other than that, it just needs to be updated

The rooms are not sound proof at all! The 2 nights we were there we couldn’t sleep due to hearing the people in the other rooms.
The front desk woman was not friendly nor cordial when we checked in. Not what you would expect in that position.
