The property was clean & nice

Property showed a hot tub & it did not have one. Very disappointing

The staff(David and Vinny) were very friendly and welcoming! When we arrived we got to enjoy a free dinner and drinks from a local restaurant! The free breakfast was perfect! Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable.

Bathroom needs to be updated.

Desk clerk was very nice. When our charge card did not initially go through he went out of his way to call us so we sos not lose the reservation. All the staff were friendly.

Room outdated and did not feel clean

The room is huge. There is a receiving room with couch and tv. It has a mini kitchen with sink, ref and microwave. The bedroom has 2 full size queen beds with tv. There’s a small closet and ample shelves to store things. The bathroom is a good size too with toiletries. The warm continental breakfast was filling. I enjoyed the coffee with multiple choices of Coffeemate creamers.

There was a funky smell on the carpet that was only slightly noticeable and not overly bearing.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we plan on coming back soon. So there nothing we didn’t like.

Rooms were clean and large.

The TVs were all unplugged. I had to.move the dressers plug them in, reboot the box and change the input. The Internet did not work the entire time I was there which was extremely inconvenient. When I called down to the front desk they just gave me a number for their subcontracted tech dept. I spent 2.5 hours trying to get it resolved. You also have to request your room be cleaned the night before. Would not recommend.
