We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The hubby especially appreciated the cinnamon rolls! Heating worked great and it was nice to have a microwave and minifridge in the room. Thank you for a great stay!

Hotel is the best hotel in area. The rooms were clean and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. The food lady at breakfast was great! So much fun!! Will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and AC was on, bed was comfortable and breakfast was great!! This is my second time staying here and it is worth the money.

Overall, the hotel was nice. Expensive, but nice. Sone things in our room could use some updating. And perhaps a more scrutinizing eye when cleaning, especially the tile parts of the flooring.

Rooms are small because t worked for us. The beds were full sized rather than queen sized! Luckily there were two in our room. The coffee sucked!!

The staff were nice and the place is clean. However, the walls are paper thin which made it hard to relax when people were just talking.

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfy. Only complaint is the tv is not a smart tv. And I couldn’t connect to my streaming system.

We had a reservation for 5 people and at checkin we were told that the room only sleeps 4 (2 dbl beds). No cots allowed per fire regulations. We were given blankets so that one person could sleep on the floor. Advance notice would have been nice so that we could make other arrangements.

We really enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options to choose from. The only thing that did not look appealing to me was the pool, it had a thick layer of a bubbly substance on top.

The desk clerk gave us options for dinner. When we went out we found many places to eat,well lite, and a nice area. The hotel location was hard to see from the road.

I think overall this hotel is a good value for the price you pay, you can't expect perfect. However, when I first got into my room it smelled kind of musty and felt humid. Both the tile and carpet were sticky so I felt like I couldn't take my shoes off or else my feet would get dirty. Just a weird feeling and it seems like the carpets just need cleaned. The TV didn't work at first but someone came up and got it fixed. The worst part was that the shower didn't drain properly so you just had to stand in a pool of your dirty water, which I didn't enjoy much. The staff moved us to a different room that was perfect and I enjoyed my stay! Also the location is very obscure like it's close to a shopping area but also in the middle of an industrial zone. I would stay here again if I were ever in KC and needing a cheap place to stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfy. I was really impressed with the dove amenities. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was yummy. The only thing that I did not like about my stay here, was requesting my trash be taken and being told to empty it in the trash outside the main entrance myself.

Room was very clean. Beds were super comfy. The staff was outstanding, friendly and so helpful! The hotel is very family friendly and we felt safe and comfortable. The room was starting to show a little wear, but we would definitely stay again!

There was only 1 staff member working on a Friday night for check in.. they wouldn’t offer late check out. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pullout sofa bed you could feel every spring. And for as much as it cost they could have better toilet paper. The shower had poor water pressure. We will not stay here again

We visited KC for the NFL draft. Beds are comfy, room was clean. Breakfast was amazing! Thank you!
