The front desk staff was efficient and kind

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, burn holes in bedding/comforter, sticking doors meant listening to slamming all night long, our curtains were broken so you couldn’t close them and there was a huge, bright street light outside

There is no breakfast on site. The staff was great. Very friendly, Janice in the bar and grill on site, was so friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was also very accommodating....I had lost my Id....and they had to change everything to my friends info. Were no issues, and good news...found my id!!

Halls did smell of cig smoke and also of pot. The cold air return in our bath...need vacumned, but other than that...was great and convenient place to stay. Great value!!

Not as great as the photos indicate online (though the website is horrible). Not up to date. Bed was comfy and clean. Everything else would use more tlc.
