Sheets blankets and chairs had nasty stains. Mold growing on ceiling, food, tobacco and unidentified items on tables that were never cleaned from last guest and by looks of the bedding it was not changed from the previous guest. It was so bad that I slept in my truck in the parking lot.

The tile on the wall at the bottom as soon as you walk in the door was on the floor we had no trash can in the bathroom and the trash cans we did have had no trash bags in them

The staff that checked me in was super friendly..the only thing i didnt like was ny room didnt get cleaned ...i dont know if my room was confused with another one are not..i never put a do not disturb sign out are didnt state that i didnt want service

Stayed 2 nights. The TV nor the telephones in the room was working the 1st night. The shower curtain was soiled. But the lady that cleans changed out the shower curtain.Day 2 we did have a working TV and the shower curtain was changed out.

Great place! Great price! Right next to I 49.

They messed up the rooms, gave me keys to someone else’s room, then took 40 minutes to fix the mistake waiting for someone to exit the bathroom, since the lady who just came on shift didn’t want to fix anything since they were over booked, couldn’t eat breakfast it was taken over by foreign soldiers who were not so friendly, Beds were awful, one had a spring that poked you all night and if you turned over made the loudest noises

Honestly, I decided on this hotel based off good reviews and I was quite disappointed. I’ll say first off the positive, which was, the front desk receptionist was very nice, bed was very comfortable, and I slept pretty well! However, they told me I paid way more than their usual rate, Building was in much need of updates and repairs and I was able to hear outside noises pretty bad. What really makes me give the poor reviews is much of the place smelled like weed as we walked through the halls and had to carry 2 good sized suit cases up stairs because they have no elevator. Also, the coffee maker which looks nice and new didn’t work. So I rarely give poor reviews but considering the reviews it has that makes this place seem great, it’s definitely one of the worst I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Well.stay was great. The service worker that was there when i arrive was friendly and down to earth. When the restaurant i visit forgot my utensil they was able to accommodate me also.

wasn't great, wasn't bad at all, decent little spot. price was great. breakfast was good, better than just wrapped muffins but not a full banquet or anything (didn't expect one) For a 3 star average, it's a good place.
