Hotel is falling apart. Service is terrible

My room was on the first floor and smelled of mold.
The breakfast was at best OK if I compere the Best Western Baltic I stayed in 3 weeks ago in Sweden where the breakfast was a feast of breads omelets scrambeled eggs gormet cheeses hams fish dessert jams youghurts I can go on and on and the price was the same.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond. “Elizabeth” at the front desk was knowledgeable of the area and recommended tasty places to go eat. Eduardo provided service to us every day at breakfast as if we were in a 5 star restaurant. He was wonderful and these two employees stood out most for us. The only downside to the stay was the pillows were horrid. Other than that everything was truly amazing!

The shower did not work at all, apparently broken. It was late and didn't want to wait for repair so a friend who was in an adjacent room let us use her shower. In addition there was a roach in the room on a cup I had used so I threw the cup in the garbage and put the garbage can in the hallway. I have stayed here before and not had these issues so this was truly diappointing and unacceptable.

The room and the entire building smelled like Marijuana. The pool operation was bad.it sucked. The pool Said 10am to 10pm open. But pool maintence was working on it during operation hours which closed the pool. Then house keeping was too pushy about check out. Sheeesh!

Gross gross gross! Wet and smelly and dirty carpets I held my nose while walking through the halls and lobby! Also no one mentioned there’s a strip club next door so when we came back there was little to no parking. By far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Just yuck….

The bathroom had long hairs from prior guest in the bath tub. Sheets look dingy, bed was lumpy, room smell musky and I saw a roach crawling around. I was extremely disappointed and grossed out. I don’t think the tv worked.

We are a family of 4 and only had enough towels for 2 people if that. When we asked housekeeping for towels we were told they would come back with more but never did. The floors were very sticky on our floor. The pool was over crowded with people blasting music and smoking weed. Hotel is located right across from a strip club. Not coming here anymore. Thanks but no thanks!

They did not properly have 3 rooms as detailed in our booking, only one. The other two they had but did not connect to the one they saw. They charged a no show for the other two until mgmt adjusted 2 days later. Air conditioner broken in room, moved us 24 hrs later. One of the other rooms had roaches, the 3rd room had ants.
