The ac was not working and I reported it twice and I ended up with respiratory problems due to the mold I found in the ac vent of the unit. It was horrible.

Super 8 can't control who stays there but the folks in the room above mine sounded like they were moving heavy equipment for 4 hours into and past midnight.

The stay was fine but the bedroom over head ceiling fire detector was disconnected and hanging down. A major safety violation.

Part of the ceiling fell on the bed after I got up in the morning. I told the front desk and they didn’t offer to do anything about it. This reminded me why I try to never stay at a Super 8.

Very unique smell. Staff told us we had to wash our own towels. Lots of questionable people

I will never and I repeat never stay there again. Dirty rooms, old torn stiched bedding, staff was unhelpful. Keys didn't work half the time and had to keep getting new ones. I cannot say anything nice about this place. We had three rooms for a week and one had dead roaches in it. I am usually very open minded and understanding that all places have some issues but this was beyond what I would except.

this was a dirty and poorly kept the staff was more likely to just tell me to go to someone else rather than try to help with any give thing. we ended up canceling and going somewhere else but trying to cancel or even check out was a hassle as there was no one on site that could even help

Good location, large rooms, but bad smell in the corridors. We also got mosquito shots during our stay, which may be due or not to the hotel

Property was quite unpleasant: dark hallway, dirty carpet. Our room was very musty and moldy smelling, and weak air conditioning and window open did little to eliminate it. Blanket on one bed had burn holes in it! Armchair in room was filty - many stain marks on it! Not an inviting or comfortable place, even if you're looking for an inexpensive for just one night of a trip. look elsewhere, there are a few much better hotels in the immediate vicinity.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. We had to leave and couldn’t even stay the night, that’s how bad. It was beyond filthy, the shower was covered in MOLD. Not only is that unsanitary, but it violates more than one department of health codes. The air conditioning didn’t work. In and around the hotel felt unsafe. Who do I need to contact for a full refund being that we had to vacate the property and no staff was available to assist us?? I want my money back ASAP.

The room needed repairs to the floor bathroom caulking. The light by the bed was controlled by the switch at the entry door. This was my one and only stay there,

This hotel needs updating. However the king bed was very comfortable and the shower had enormous water pressure. The air conditioning worked well although a little noisy. No frills but fine for the basics.

Had issues with tv not working had to go to the front desk to keep asking them to fix it so I don’t have to go to them every time I walk into the building bc it only worked one time then it was like turned off and there was no free WiFi the room they put me in just wouldn’t let me use the WiFi I used up more then half my data bc there people waited till I had 3 days left out of a 8 day trip to move me after I got ahold of someone

The room smelled like smoke and it was non-smoking. The furniture looked dirty and torn and should have been thrown out as trash. The smoke detector was hanging by a wire on the ceiling.

Price is cheap. Location is good and easy to come and go. Room, AC conditions and internet speed greatly depend on what room you get. Furniture and beddings are quite aged and need replacement.

The staff were amazingly nice and friendly. They happily worked out an issue created by my mistake. The whole place smells like stale cigarettes, which I did not enjoy.
