I am 18. Nowhere, before booking did it say you needed to be 21 to stay at propoerty. The emailed confirmation did show this, but knowing the trip was confirmed i did not look at the emailed receipt. With out notification, they canceled my reservation, so when i showed up after a 4 hour flight delay, they said i couldnt stay there. They sent me to a sister property and said in order to stay they needed a $30 non refundable cash deposit which also cost me $5 in fees. SKETCHY!!! My mother called to discuss her displeasure and the manager was completely rude and couldnt care less even said "lets not start this today".

Friendliest spot in SeaTac. The staff is top notch friendly and helpful. Simple room was all I needed for a quick overnight stay with early AM departure.

Good location with breakfast and shuttle to airport. Clean and there is an IHOP next to the building. It was a great 12 hour lay over option.

This was a very short stay. Got in late, left early. Room was clean. Shower was great! Bed was nice. The room was small but perfect for one person. I would stay there again. I would like to see it in the daytime. The staff was friendly.

Clean room, comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. My only issue was some cleaning product they must use that has a funky smell

It took three calls and over an hour to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but my husband had a migraine and I needed to get him to the hotel ASAP. Once we arrived I apologized for being a Karen👍 The staff was very friendly. I signed up for the shuttle for the cruise and found out the next day it didn’t go through. The hotel called us a shuttle and told us it would $25 pp. After the shuttle dropped us off at the use the driver told us it was $50.00 per person! Just verify before you get on a cruise shuttle! Othewise it was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was good. Again, I apologize to the staff if I acted ugly.

The delay for the shuttle was understandable(terrible traffic), but frustrating because i flew to Seattle for a scheduled event. After my first call to the hotel I realized I hadn't clarified what time to anticipate shuttle arrival and called back. "Cindy" the receptionist was great in allaying my fears and giving me that estimate. Perhaps offer that info on initial call?

The room was very clean and the beds were pleasantly comfy. The one thing was the noise level, they're was a couple outside arguing after 1am and the noise from the planes was extremely loud, but considering it was almost next door from the airport, you'd think they'd make the rooms and little more sounds proof. It was a quick one night stay and id probably there again.

Clean accommodation - very comfortable bed. Reasonably good breakfast and hourly shuttle back to airport. Perfect for a one night stay close to the airport.

Friendly booking in procedure. Used twice, once at the beginning of holiday and the last night. Ideal after long flight from the UK. Room clean and adequate on both occasions. Free parking and ideal for IHop for food. If ever back there, will definitely use again.

Great stay. My daughter used the airport shuttle servicr in the middle of the night and it was great. Very good breakfast offerings.

Not sure why this place charges so much. I wouldn't want to pay more than $115 per night.
The A/C or heat doesn't have a thermostat, so you have to get up and adjust the window unit periodically in the middle of the night.
The hotel is a bit dated too, but clean. Ice machine was broken. Drinking fountain was broken.

The room was very clean, which we appreciated, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we will never be back to a sleep inn again because when we tried to go to sleep at 10 o’clock at night, a band started up with incredibly loud bass right below our room. It went on until 1:30 AM. We tried to call the desk but only got a busy signal. The next morning I asked and the clerk apologized and said they had an event that was supposed to be over at 11 PM, but which was not. There was absolutely no way to sleep with that noise.

I had the worst night of sleep at this Sleep Inn by the SEA-TAC airport. We needed to stay close to the airport to catch our flight the next morning. Upon arrival, our room had a musty smell. We tried turning in the fan & AC, but that made it much worse. Opening the window let in all the busy street sounds and airport noise. At around 3am, I settled for running the stinky AC so it could drown out the noise. It’s unfortunate that we had this problem because the staff and service good and the room itself served our needs. Hoping we don’t get sick from whatever was in that AC.

We only stayed one night. 5 hot tubs and a 5 ft pool. King room had a comfortable bed. Felt clean. Stand in shower no tub. Breakfast was very good. Very happy with our short stay.

We needed a room last minute due to a cancellation of our flight until the next day. The hotel worked out well & the shuttle got us to the airport in plenty of time.

Stayed here for a couple nights on our family road trip and it was ok. Staff were attentive and congenial. Double room was small, even with only double size beds, not great when travelling with teens. Hotel and room were clean overall, small breakfast area which is wild given how many people seemingly go through this hotel. Breakfast was what you expect, standard continental breakfast fare, but Ihop is nearby if you prefer. Definitely noisier and busier than we prefer but given the location it.is to be expected.

We just had an one-night stay at this hotel. Convenient location, close to the Sea-Tac airport and the Link light rail station. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly and courteous staff. Complimentary airport shuttle is great.

Request made to front office to have trash taken out, clean bath towels, tissue replenished the next day. Even after 16 hours, these were not done. I called front desk again but not done for several hours so I walked to housekeeping and requested. Told front desk the TV does not work. No one came to even check..

Towels were rough, phone line to front desk didn’t work and seemingly the front desk seemed under staffed throughout the stay. But rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good considering it was complimentary.

Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Breakfast here was better than the IHop across the lot.
