worst hotel ever

Very run down hotel. Was clearly a closed hotel that re-opened as a Ramada but FAR below typical Ramada standards. I do not recommend staying here.

The o ly redeeming quality of our stay was the continental breakfast and its staff. The front end staff also wasn’t horrible, but not being able to get towels after 5 requests was ridiculous. The room we were in was in awful shape, damaged throughout and wasn’t properly cleaned at all. We spent our first out upon our stay cleaning it to be sanitary for our 3 kids. There were stains in the carpet, black mold on the walls and the room was in general disarray. The pool was cold and the hot tub was no longer in service, as well as the shower for rinsing off after. The carpets in the stairwells weren’t touched once while we stayed there, so we didn’t bother having the staff come into our rooms, they don’t clean up anyway. Upon complaints of how bad the circumstances were, the useless front end staff offed a 10% discount and gave us a whopping $16.11 for our trouble, which only amounts to under 5%. This place has been run into the ground by horrible staff and owners very clearly and I will NEVER stay at this dump again. Truly disgusted that I wasn’t offered a thing while they pocketed our hard earned dollars.

The property has a falling down building out front and the entrance lobby is a bit suspect and elevator needed a clean but once in the room it was very good. Clean, spacious room, friendly staff

They were dealing with the sandy bay evacuation and seemed to have their hands full, had stayed there before and was good

A lot of drunk people, bed was dirty, noisy

Broken air condition, room insufficiently stocked of towels for two guests and front desk wouldn't supple more, on check out front desk wouldn't provide receipt, hallways dirty, uneven dirt entrance to parking lot, flooded hallway, environmentally unfriendly breakfast - only paper plates, the cinnamon buns were tasty

The breakfast was good. Pool was nice and warm

Old furniture, not upto date furniture

I paid four nights and was kicked out and i have not recieved a refund for three nights. Room was dirty. The security was rude and so was the front desk. I had to wait to check in at 7 in the evening when check in time is at 4.

Never again staying at this hoyel. Terrible.

Great Staff!

The front desk staff were great. The security guard did not look up from his phone any of the multiple times I walked past. The room was as clean as it could be. However, the maintenance was concerning. The clasp on the door lock had been broken (from the door being kicked in). Instead of replaced, it another hole was drilled...however the whole thing was loose. There were two massive patches in the bathroom door from where it had been kicked. The bottom of the tub was stained from who knows what. The carpet is very dated and had multiple stains. The mini fridge had significant scratches (superficial damage as it worked but added to the sketchy ambience I suppose) The jacuzzi tub worked but had white tape holding the panels up on the front and the ceiling above had both stains and plaster patching making this a bit dubious. The smoke detector in the bedroom was plugged in.. but had been detached from the ceiling (we know why people do this). It's Prince Albert. It's rough. But I paid $164 for the night. It was a last minute booking and options were limited. The day to day staff did their best. The facilities just need maintenance or lower prices.

Broken elevator. Good breakfast. Cost too high for as dirty as the place was!

There was a lot of garbage laying in the hallways. The staff was pleasant.

Carpet in rooms were gross; dirty, stained. Chair in room was also disgustingly dirty and stained. First room we got the A/C unit was not working. Bedding appeared to not be changed on one bed. No towels in room, however staff quickly responded. Brought towels and changed our room.

The room was fine but the common areas were not properly cleaned. The buffet breakfast was good.

The hotel is dated and not very well cared for in terms of the facilities but traveling with our dog and 2 kids below 5yo, anytime a hotel accepts pets, is a good thing for us. We enjoyed our stay despite one of the tv’s in the room not working. The pillows are great quality. I think that with some TLC this hotel could be better.

Carpet was stained, peeling up, tripped in room from it. Only stayed for pool and it was down. Staff was friendly, but I will not put family up in this pool again when they visit.

Good value for the money. Unfortunately the hot tub and the elevator were out of commission which was too bad for our family member with a bad back. We survived. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast bar were great.

Didn’t get access to breakfast both days this week because the cook was “late” the first day, and was apparently a no show on the second. As it was one of the only reasons I chose this hotel, it was disappointing. Aside from that, also the hotel changing the rules of what needs to be paid prior to staying from the last 8 weeks I have stayed there. I was forced to not only pay the deposit, but also pay the room in full (which it was only the deposit before until check-out). I was told there was no policy change, but because they had made other people pay this that day, I was also required to. On top of that, constant appliances that were broken amongst my stay (thermostat for the AC; the pull out bed, shower head tv/cable box, ect). I will not be returning to this hotel for the remaining year of the work I have in Prince Albert.

This property is in dire need of major repair an maintaince. Rooms pretty beat up. Carpets dirty. Room furniture all banged up & damaged. Not a good feeling for the stay at all. WILL NOT RETURN!!!!

There was cockroaches in the room by the sink/Coffee area. We moved to another hotel & we want our money back.

Very noisy above us. Sounded like kids jumping off the bed. The parking lot was terrible. Needed to be upgraded.
