It was a good stay, this is my third time here only thing that makes not 100%, is the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced

Nice hotel close to Washington State University. Staff is friendly and professional. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. Felt very welcome upon arrival. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Would stay here again!!

Normal stay. But, they disabled all the hdmi ports on the TVs. Can no longer use the tv for work or streaming. Will not be staying again.

This place was convenient for a quick parents weekend at WSU. However, it was not somewhere I would stay again for the inflated price. The whole place is outdated. The beds and bedding we're so uncomfortable that even my 4 year old slept poorly and woke up sore. We could hear entire conversations of people in the room next door through the walls because they were so thin. It is hard to make such an outdated place look as clean as it should. The highlights were the pool and the waffle maker. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

I have stayed here multiple times. Very clean. The staff really goes above and beyond! I cannot praise them enough. My daughter has been in school here and i will always stay here after the last time. The manager and staff truly saved us. Food is great and fresh for continental breakfast

I felt safe & had plenty of parking.
I didn’t like how you can hear the fan of the rooms next to you on either side of your room. I didn’t like that there was no sausage links, bacon, etc., for the free breakfast. Instead there were microwaveable breakfast sandwiches

It was pretty good overall. I was pleased that the room had a fridge and microwave. Beds were good, linens were good. Flowers outside the hotel were nice. Check in staff were nice. However, I didn't enjoy the wimpy low watt, low volume hair dryer. Breakfast choices were limited. There was no light over the table in the room. And a checkout time of 11 is always a bit of a bummer when sometimes you just need until noon. But overall, this stay was good and I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Stayed at Coast Hilltop during move in for our Coug. It was convent to the campus and easy to get around. The desk staff was friendly and gave good tips on family weekends and football game weekends.

They have a small EV charger out front which supports two cables. We were able to top our EV charge overnight for free.

This was a wonderful stay while picking up family from the area. The bed was amazing, some of the best sleep I’ve had in quite some time. The bottle of wine for our stay was a delight addition that made the wife happy. We would definitely recommend this location on your next visit to Pullman!

Spencer was at the front desk upon my early arrival with a smile and throughout our trip extremely helpful for any requests. Comfortable cool room during an unusual heat wave.

Very close to WSU. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Quiet and safe hotel setting. Breakfast highlights: make your own waffles and microwavable breakfast sandwich (in a little fridge). Received a bottle of wine as a gift, although we would have preferred a discount on the room rate or a box of chocolates instead. The gym is off site about 1.5 miles away so we did not use it.

Best thing about hotel was nice staff and pet-friendly. Several nearby areas to walk dogs, not just a parking lot like elsewhere.

The cons:
Needs a massive update. Carpet is really dirty and gross. Edges of the room have dust and grime. Pillows are hard, beds are squeaky like every little movement squeaky, dusty curtains and bed frame.

Outside is clean and nice
Staff is so friendly and accommodating
Parking is easy and free

While the hotel itself is nothing to write home about, I'd say that their pet-friendly policy of not charging "patients" of WSU Vet Collage is a very kind gesture to those of us with sick pets, traveling long distances, and under stress. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but I attribute it to being the low season for college events and perhaps not a lot of occupancy to justify a more expensive fare.
