Amenities were great. Problem only with being charged twice to my account.

I was double charged for my stay. Stay charged to my CAPITAL ONE AND MY VISA CREDIT CARD. 5 phone calls, 2 emails and over 6 weeks later this has not been corrected. Staff I have spoken to have been very polite. The manager failed to call me back and then refused to speak with me. Copies OF BOTH CHARGES have been sent.

Location easy to find

Bed mattress was horribly uncomfortable.

Clean spacious rooms that were quiet and comfy. Good filtration system indoors (it was smoky outside due to wildfires). Nice gym area with good treadmills and nice set of weights. 24/7 desk with a little market. Option for late checkout. Drop off/pickup point for bus to Spokane or Lewiston, ID.

Market could use some healthier options like fruit and yogurt. At least some orange juice in the cooler, please. Most of the options in the market were wine, beer, sugar sodas, candy, and microwave noodles. Not appetizing at all. That said, I appreciated that they at least had some postcards of the Palouse. Coffee maker in room was very cheap and coffee quality quite poor. A nespresso machine (or at least a Keurig) would have been better.

Nice staff and very clean

The staff was helpful in checking us in through the confirmation information I had received.

The reservation was lost, and so was the king room I had booked. It arrived late that night. Also, the lights didn't work unless the room key was plugged in to activate the lights.

I liked the jacuzzi and the bar.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived and my microwave was not clean.

I loved the friendly and patient staff. The rooms were absolutely awesome. Clean and nice. Bathroom was spotless and elegant. Bar was not too expensive and food was amazing.Hotel lounge areas were great. Great outdoor patio with fire pits.

Pool is tiny.

Bathtub needs another grab bar when using as a shower (or a non-skid tub surface)

The weekend rate was high. We found a dogs tennis ball and someone’s chapstick lying under the sofa.

This property was located just behind the student recreation center. it was a great location for walking to the nearby sports fields and Beasley Colosseum. The room was spacious, modern and brand new! The lobby has Starbucks coffee and a great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
