It was a perfect stop off for an early flight as they have a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The staff were attentive and friendly and the place was well taken care of. Good value as well.

This hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. It is very convenient being located very close to the airport. It was very quiet and was at a very good price. We really liked the breakfast that was included with our stay.

My only gripe is that my CC info was stolen and used at another hotel in Italy the day after I provided it to this hotel.

Close to SFO. Good parking. I had some medications that required refrigeration and the desk clerk allowed me to leave them with her prior to my check in time, which was nice. However, the road outside was noisy all night long, didn't even get quieter after midnight.

The staff was very friendly. The room small but very modern and very clean. Very easy access to street - not a huge place - and pleasant business neighborhood that felt perfectly safe to us. They have a modest hot breakfast - microwaveable omelets and pancakes and packaged pastries and juice and coffee and fruit and cereal and hot chocolate and juice. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is that their airport shuttle stops picking-up at airport at 11:20 pm and stops delivering to the airport at 11:30 a.m. This is not noted on Hotels.com website where it says "airport shuttle included". We arrived at midnight and left at noon the next day and ended up paying about $60 in uber charges because we missed the shuttles on both ends. We however did return after our trip out of the country from SFO to stay another night and managed to get shuttle both ways and it was a perfectly good shuttle when it was running. We would stay here again if we know our arrival and departure times match their shuttle hours.

From the moment I made my reservation to the completion of my stay, I was treated with professionalism and sincere hospitality. The facility is modern, safe, maintained and staffed, the facility is located to major transportation, hubs, and highways, this is my go to hotel in San Francisco and I can recommend it to everyone. You will be pampered.

The stay was quick but very nice. The front desk attendant was so kind and Polite. There is a complimentary shuttle that took us to the airport in the morning. It arrived right on time and got us there efficiently. Would definitely stay again!

Tolerable for a quiet 1 night cheap sleep by SFO, but there are other alternative hotels that smell less smoky / full of mildew in the same mile stretch.

Good hotel with breakfast. Had to ring for shuttle to pick us up after long flight, when it did nt turn up on time. But they did drop us off at car hire place, which was very helpful

It would be better if they provided accurate information about the schedule of their airport shuttle immediately after booking, so that I know whether I should wait for the driver or just take an Uber. There was a lot of dust on the lamps in the room, and there was a weird smell. Otherwise, it is okay for one night near SFO.

A quaint little hotel with friendly service, close to the airport, worth a stay.

We rented the executive suite and the room was large with big windows on the corner of the building and the price was very reasonable.

Very clean. The shuttle was a little bit hectic one per hour, but I guess that is just an extra service that I am not complaining. Their direction of how to catch up a shuttle was very good.

Overall the hotel is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is very close to restaurants and stores.
The free breakfast on the other hand was ok except for the fact that the cheese omelette was frozen and needed to be warmed up in the microwave, as well as the pancakes. But the juice and coffee was available 24 hours which was very nice.
I will stay here again.

It was really noisy. Could hear everyone elses shower, toilet flushing, door slamming, voices, traffic outside all night. Air conditional sounded like a jet airplane taking off and then landing over and over again. I guess it was supposed to put us in the mood fir flying. Continental breakfast was as to be expected. Limited dining in area, but my husband found korean barbecue restaurant that he likedclose by.

We had issues with our TV but was fixed immediately with a smile. We were also pleasantly surprised by a jacuzzi tub being in our room. Beautiful clean stay.
