Okay place to stay

Decent stay enjoyed it.

There was trash in the parking lot and around the building including dangerous broken glass. The building is old with mold in the bathroom and holes in the walls and needs some serious upkeep.

The room smelled so bad it was unbearable to stay. Smelled like 100 animals had used it as its personal potty. When I opened up the window to air out the room there was no screen on window. Turned on the sink and it was leaking. Was there 15 mins and we couldn't breath nor stand it. Left without sleep or any rest. Made for a very long trip as I couldn't pay to get another room.

Friendly staff. Clean. Nice included breakfast. Attentive house keeping.

We had a storm that left my family without power during a heat storm so I booked this for comfort for us and the pets. I booked through hotels.com as I have done many times and places before with no issue, but the desk staff was adamant that the payment had not came through on the 3rd party site, yet it was showing it had through my bank and through hotels.com. Whatever, we’re hot and decide to check in and pay then request a refund from the site. We paid higher rate for the same room, plus our pet fees. Room was ok served its purpose. Swimming pool must have just been filled as it was freezing and unswimmable. The next morning we got a knock on the door by housekeeping at 9 to clean our room but we were still in bed as it was a late night. Overslept a bit, exactly at check out time I get a call to my cell phone-not the room phone as it should have been-from the manager stating I needed to bring her $20 cash or card to have 1 single hour extra though I’d been charged for the room TWICE already which she acknowledged. Then she tried to run my card for $200 instead of the $20. She was rude and 3 weeks later is still not helping with the refund to the 3rd party site. Watch your statements with this place..

Just a very dirty place blankets was dirty and there was dead roaches

The outside of this Hotel looked nice, but the room was DISGUSTING!! Stains on almost every surface, the room permeated with a stench of old cigarette smoke and mold. The carpet and bedding felt moist. The bathroom was dimly lit, rusty, and oddly enough, smelled like cow manure. It was a very uncomfortable experience and we only slept a bit and then left hours before we planned because we just wanted to get out of there and shower off how dirty we felt from sleeping there.

Pretty good. Excellent breakfast options. Slight odor in the room, but not a huge deal.

Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to find a suitable room for us at a late hour check in.

The room smelled like smoke and i was advised the manager put us in that room and it was the better of them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in process was easy and quick. The place needed a lot of work though. The air conditioner vent in our room was broke. It only blew air out of the sides and the middle of the vent didn’t work at all. The room was really warm because of this. The breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Staff was rude. Staff did not let us check into the room we booked even though there was plenty of room. They only take cash for deposits even though they waved it after the receptionist was rude. They were argumentative. There was literal crap in the toilet when we got to the room!!!!! Hot tub broken! Holes in the walls. Ran down fixtures. Smells of stale smoke! Not room friendly with disabled people.

Very minimal supplies in room.No area by the sink for Wife things Bed was good .Hot tub NOT working!Door was hard to open.Just a place to stay for a night.Rate was low Lobby was clean and breakfast was adequate for the price.

10/10 Do NOT Recommend. The outside looks nice. The lobby is decent and smells clean. The rest of the place is a health hazard. As I opened the door to my room I was hit with a strong smell of mildew that never went away. There's damage everywhere. The ceiling is two different colors. There's holes in the walls. The bedsheets have holes in them. The floor is dirty. The bathtub is filthy. Water pressure doesn't exist. The curtains don't close because they're broken and they have holes in them. I do not suggest staying here. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and get a nicer, cleaner place. This place should be condemned.

Got the wrong room from what I booked and paid for, room had a bad smell to it, the shower leaked badly, tub was not clean. Half the light switches and outlets did not work. Highly dissatisfied

Good option for staying with family

Carpet is very dirty. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Toilet needs to be changed since it did flush all the way. Bed is okay.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The lady who checked us in acted strange; took her awhile to check us in. She said she was soooo tired, but her eyes were almost totally closed, like she was on something. Morning front desk person was friendly and efficient checking me out. Breakfast was delicious!

No stairs but we should ha e researched. Ac unit was frozen and capet was wet. No towels for shower. Found a few randon bugs ( NOT BED BUGS ) in and around room.

I wish there was a tub in the room as the picture had advertised.

I like where it at, close to the interstate 75, i didn't like the condition of the hotel room, not cleaned well other then that was a great trip

The room smelled like cat urine, the tub was disgusting, the floor was wet in front of HVAC, saw several roaches, beer cans all over the parking lot, lobby smelled like weed, etc. not good at all, but we were extremely tired.

Staff both at check in and check out were super friendly. Hotel is dated, needs updates. No elevator. Neighborhood a bit sketchy.

This property is the absolute bottom that I would consider staying at. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room was horrible. My ceiling had one big bubble that hung down 2 inches. The smoke detector was missing. The tub had to be 50 years old and was yellow fromage…not because it is that color. The TV cabinet was missing the door, but still had the hinges and it was scratched badly down to bare wood all over it. If it wasnt for the nice employees and cleanliness, i would nit have stayed there.
