Our day was great. The personnel were super nice. The only bad thing was when we were getting ready to check out. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs three flights and then go back up to get more. That kind of put a damper on our stay, that everything was good.

The stay was excellent my only downside was the late introduction of a deposit amount since i had used a 3rd party to secure the accommodation. It would have been a big disappointment if I failed to raise the deposit which however was refunded promptly on checking out.

Had a weekend stay at the Hampton Inn Prescott. This was a solo trip to get some relaxation and visit some family. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was great. My hotel room was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional.

We loved staying here! We wanted to get away from Phx for a few days and this was the perfect place for it. It was noticeably clean, the pool was perfect to take my toddler and swim, the food was good and the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall great experience and would stay there again!

It was a 1 night stay, the property was very clean, neat and quite. The staff was friendly and the front desk was helpful regarding info on places to eat and saving 2 cookies for us when we got back from dinner.

The room was not available and I got put in a different hotel for more than double the price. Then was told I had to request a refund for the room I originally reserved. And when I received the refund I was told they were "being flexible" and wouldn't charge penalties...It should have been an automatic refund. And the accommodation at the sister hotel should have been at the same rate.
