We have stayed there multiple times. Usually a wonderful stay. This time, we were given a room next to a room they are remodeling. It was noisy. We usualy put the do not disturb sign so house keeping does not go in. When the trash is full we place it outside to get emptied and re-bagged. No rebagging. We have an EV. They have 1 charging station. Its time to add more. Several EVs needed charging. Had better stays. Not the worst. But not the best.

We loved the location close to so many restaurants and walkable; pool was nice; difficult to communicate with staff as their phone system was not working for several days; live insects on floor of our room.

My daughter goes to UC Davis and it’s on a great location away to go visit.

Rooms could use some upgrades, they were working on upgrading some rooms but ours was not 😞 could hear neighbors upstairs. Pool was so refreshing!

My experience was I got charged twice in my bank account and it messed up my plans

University Park Inn was a very comfortable stay. Pool was great way to cool down. Pet friendly and staff was very nice

This was a good place to stay near UC Davis. The train noise did not bother us. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the room we were in had broken blinds on the balcony door, missing many slats that let light pour into the room. I had to hang up a towel to act as a curtain. The rug felt less than clean and there was some moldiness in the shower. BUT - the beds and linens were clean and so was the room overall. We would stay again.

Was pleasantly surprised at what a nice room I have. Sitting area king size bed, refrigerator, microwave, and reasonably priced.

A really beautiful property with a nice pool and garden. Super close to downtown Davis and the campus. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad location- must drive a mile to take a left. No service was provided during our 2 night stay. Room was adequate. Very expensive.

Check in was very quick. Parking is easy. The room is very spacious, and the campustown area is a short and safe walk from the property.

I was spending time with family, I checked in earlier around 915pm and just came back around 12: A.m. there are so many, flying bugs in here, they continuously keep attacking me, there’s got to be hundreds of them. These bugs have taken over my food in my beverage, They are continuously running around my face, biting me they’re all my clothing, all over my body all over the floor all over the walls, bedding couches, just everywhere The smell in this room is MUSTy! there’s mold in the shower and there’s rust inside of the tub where the whirlpool chess are and there’s also gnats flying in and out of the bathtub jets area I freaked out. I paid $400 for this room, I expected something very nice and clean, I never get to have any kind of night to myself away from life, this was my night to tonight to have a good night out and this is what I get. This is not good business. I am not happy, I would like a complete refund.

We had to great Valentine's Day getaway ending our evening toasting the night in one of Thier nicer suites. Thank you Hotelscom and University inn for a very special and romantic memory for you us definitely plan on returning in the future.
