Nice hotel

The rooms don't meet up to the standard of the lobby, and open areas. The full breakfast buffet was great but there would have been an offer for a smaller breakfast option as well. The price for the full breakfast is a bit stiff if you only want a cup of coffee and a croissant or a fruit.... Location is great.

The hotel was perfect for us to explore the city of Stockholm. Good connection to public transport and centrally located. Nice rooms and great breakfast.

Location is a plus, a mall inside a building right across the hotel with lits of stores and food court and restaurants. Metro all around the hotel. Near Gamla Stan walking. Very clean however found a coffe cup has not been clean. Personnel more than fantastic. However, they are very strict about check in time, 4 pm. Hotel offers many activities, scooters, running, swimming, movie night etc. Hitel has restaurant, nice bar on last floor, Gym, Spa and swimming pool.

Nice and central location. Excellent facilities and excellent buffet breakfast which set you up for a day exploring.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very nice and very easy access to downtown Stockholm. Everything is kept very clean and the staff is very kind. My only recommendation would be to avoid booking the room w/ out a window. The room I had was also by the stairs and every time a door would shut it would shake the walls to my room.

Fantastic location in the heart of Stockholm and walkable to many of the local attractions. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Amazing as always

I traveled solo and am 60. The hotel has a very young vibe. The decor was dark and simplistic and lots of families and kids. The room was dark too. Not enough lights. I guess it’s a Scandinavian thing. The breakfast was always busy and you had to wait a few minutes to get seated. The location was close the a mall and 10-15 minutes walk from Gamla Stan the touristy area. Very close to the Opera house. The room had no temperature control so it got very hot at night. We had to ask for a fan so we could sleep in the heat.

Great hotel, room spacious, bed comfortable, 10 min walk from central station, 5 mins to old town. Hotel breakfasts are amazing

Had a nice time staying woth our family at the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, albeit small and dark. Housekeeping was good and everything was kept clean. The complimentary breakfast was quite diverse with local and continental options available. The hotel is large and felt crowded at times. But overall a nice wtay.

Nice, quirky hotel. Very clean. Toiletries well stocked. No issues with Wi-Fi. Standard TV options. Very cool indoor bar/chill area on the top floor with nice views of the city, though I do wish the no phones policy was enforced! Also has some stock quiz/board games. The hotel even has its own cinema as I understand, though we lacked the time to experience it. Loads of breakfast choice, very tasty indeed. Actual scrambled eggs too, as opposed to scrambled omelette. Queues were always rather long for the waffle maker so beware. Swimming pool on the top floor was small but very clean and overlooks the city. You can order drinks to the pool which is nice. Maybe a little embarrassing that people inside can see. Sauna was decent. Only complaints were that we had no hot water one morning, and the rooms were a little too dark.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was very versatile, the staff was very friendly and they also seemed to get along very well with each other. I have no complaints!

Nice

A good city base and the room was a good size (large double). Bathroom small and some towels were not clean when we arrived. The windows are very good for cancelling the street noise but it’s very hard to make the room really cool, so if you need to keep the window open you may struggle to sleep. Lots of trips organised by the hotel so it’s great for solo travellers. The pool area is chargeable and expensive so we didn’t use this. Breakfast was good but far too many people and noisy - more like a school canteen. There was no made to order items such as eggs.

Great location for a city break, walking distance to all the major attractions. Superb breakfast.

Staffs were nice and helpful! We left a backpack behind on purpose (wanted to throw it away), the hotel has kindly sent us a message asking whether we have forgot to bring it with us and if they should send it back to us!

Breakfast was amazing every morning. Table tennis was a great bonus and the cinema. We stayed for 7 days, only negative was not getting our room cleaned, that is our bed sheets changed. We asked them to clean the room mid stay but they came at 4-5pm when we were back from a day's exploring. Expectation was that they would clean the room in the morning. Apart from that the hotel was a very lovely place to be, very modern, would stay again.

Underwhelming experience for price paid. Room for 4 booked at double the standard room rate for room with bunk beds (£500 a night - available normally for approximately £250 a night). Room not as described - no lounge area (used as beds for children when promised designated bunk beds on booking with cushions used as pillows - beware of descriptions on Expedia). Had paid extra for accommodation to meet expectations. Front desk were decent but sadly not backed up by poorly trained management staff. Overworked kitchen / breakfast service staff overwhelmed at breakfast service needs attention. Management not willing to accept failings and instead talked about having to describe almost 500 room designs. If it isn’t what you’re promoting and promising on the Expedia app don’t sell it.

Property is a nice place to stay with a very good breakfast. Rooms are large however, for our personal liking beds were too soft; aircon didn’t visibly work. Nice range of activities offered by hotel.

The hotel was modern and in a convenient location. It was largely clean and the room had everything required. Unfortunately, when booking it wasn’t made clear that my room had no window. This is likely the fault of Expedia, rather than the property though.

Service, Clean and Convenient.

This hotel is fantastic. It’s very central so very easy to walk to things, jump on the metro or ride the tram. Wonderful breakfast that is included and the hotel is fun and trendy.

Loved this hotel. The vibe of the hotel is great and the decor is super unique. Breakfast was awesome. Very clean. Lots of restaurants in close proximity and 10 minute walk to train station.

I found some staff not helpful. I’d organised (cos I’d hurt my leg and was on crutches) for a staff member to help with luggage. When it came to the early morning departure the staff member couldn’t leave the desk. I found the range of time for breakfast ie till 12noon phenomenally good idea. Breakfast varieties good too

Hotels.com should not indicate this hotel has a swimming pool... A very disappointed kid who wasn't allowed to swim, because the pool is part of the spa and kids need to be 16 years old.

Lovely trendy hotel. Close to everything we needed

What a dumb concept! If I wanted glamping I wouldn’t do it in a cement tower with no light or air. And at least it should be executed well. Brown walls and poor lighting? Windows that open a tiny little bit but then you hear drunks yelling all night? (And many rooms no windows at all). Plastic “wood” everywhere?

Stay was great. I do think the use of the Nest (pool and sauna) was not worth the cost. The location is convenient. I would love it if the hotel posted walking directions from the train station on its website. It’s very close, but knowing we had to take either stairs or a ramp from one street to another would have made it easier to find when we arrived.
