Clean, rooms large enough, great location, sound proof rooms.

Everything was great. The only thing was there was some street noise at night but not late.

Charming hotel- nice design! Quiet- great breakfast with nice background music (Swedish jazz). Very nice staff!

The room was very very small. Nowhere to put your clothes. The shower had no curtain so the water went everywhere and into the bedroom. I have written them asking for a refund. The room was only just suitable for a one night stay. If you arrived late and left early. I was there for 5 nights. I don’t mind paying for one night. But not 5.

Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and tasty. Room was simple but well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were generally welcoming and happy to help. Location was excellent being opposite on entrance of an underground station and only three stops out from the central station and within walking distance of the Old Town. .

The hotel did not provide an anti-slip bathmat in the shower room which would have been helpful has my husband has slight mobility issues. When we rang reception, we were just told that they did not provide them and no attempt was made to suggest an alternative. The machine providing free coffee for residents was often out of order, so you had to ask for hot water or coffee from the bar. The complementary biscuits to accompany the coffee and tea from the machine often ran out as a small plate was put out at breakfast and expected to last all day.

The room had no wardrobe, drawers or cupboards. Simply nowhere to store clothes except two coat hangers on a weird coat rack. Still didn't spoil our lovely stay.

I booked a small single so I wasn’t surprised when the room was small. But honestly the bathroom was SO small it barely functioned as a bathroom. Sink was so tiny and the tap was huge, impossible to wash my face in it. To use the toilet you have to squeeze your legs under the tiny sink.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was bright and the bed comfortable. The style and vibe was cool, not as the usual boring hotel. Breakfast was nice even for vegans (not great but at least there was plant yogurt).

Stuffed African animal heads on the wall wasn’t really a pleasant decor, you wonder why they thought to put those there?!

Very aesthetic design on the outside and inside. The staff was super friendly and attended our every need. On the last day we needed a place for our luggage and we could just leave it at the reception without any problems. Breakfast was very tasty as well.

The room was far too small. The dimensions were on the description, but it is not until you are inside the room that you notice how small it is.

Room was pleasant, but mostly bed - which was very comfortable. Room had a little sitting area on an outside terrace overlooking the rear of adjacent properties. Location was some distance from Centre, but the Mariatorget underground station is at the end of the street a very short walk away. Lots of decent places to eat in the surrounding area.

I'd known Stockholm was going to be expensive, but I dropped the ball here and ended up booking way above my price point. Four poster bed, balcony - thats not me and can only put it down to booking in a rush. Even at that, I don't feel the room was value for money at any price point. As the bed was so big, not much room around it, so if there had been two people, it would have felt crowded. Thin curtains didn't quite cover all the glazed area, and it gets light early, so minus points there. At breakfast, which was decent enough, weak coffee was available from an urn. There was a coffee machine of a type which I knew to provide a decent brew, but it was hidden under a draped cloth, and seemingly not to be used by us mortals. I know a lot of this negativity is subjective and down to my lack of care during booking, but many hotels much further down the budget spectrum manage to black-out a bedroom and provide a good brew at breakfast.
