My room was extremely dirty.. hairs everywhere, sink super dirty, like if nobody had cleaned it in a month. The shower was dirty too. Hairs on the walls and on the floor..towels very old. Never again..

The room I reserved was not available, so the people from the front desk told me to stay the first nights in that room, and ask to be moved to the right room. When I did so, they refused to change my room, not only that, but they also didn’t clean the room for the last night .

Traffic there is horrible, the hotel hasn't been updated in 20 years. I know i stayed there 20 years ago and room fridge taken out.

Bathroom cleanless was terrible the soap containers were in bad condition, other peopole hair was found on the shower. the door was poor painted and with oxid on the metal parts. no towels for hands, the heat from the A/C smell very bad.

The room seemed clean but the next morning, my husband moved the bed covers and found a few hair strands but they weren't my hair color. Means whomever cleaned the room didn’t change the sheets.

I did not receive any VIP treats. The room was running down. the floor was missing some tile pieces. they gave a 2 bed room and I made reservation for a king bed. the shower curtain does not cover the shower and the water was spilled all over

Had a pretty terrible stay. The first room did not have a working AC. Maintenance swapped it out and replacement also didn't work. After complaining several times, we got a new room. We asked to schedule a taxi for 4am and afternoon staff said that we had to tell night staff. At 330am, girl on staff said we were supposed to book the day before. She called someone in a private car (not taxi) that charged us 500 pesos for a 15 minute trip. For the price of the hotel, I was expecting much better service.

basic hotel in a good location. Room didn't have the standard tea/coffee facilities, had 1 small bottle of water and not much else. There was no information pack with room service menus or anything like that. No Ice machine, you had to order ice over the phone. A/c was good, bed comfortable & good sized tv. Wifi was sporadic.

The hotel looks nice (in photos) but is very outdated. Furniture is old. The lights (lamps) not very accesible . The room smell too much to mold. I would definitly not stay again at this property

Exelent location. The mall is a 4 minute walk away from the property. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The air conditioning was not great, it stopped working and we had to get maintenance in twice in 24 hours. However, the staff quickly attended to the situation and sent maintenance up when asked.

I’ve stayed at Fiest La Fe a couple of times. Comfortable but showing its age now. Very convenient to Plaza and transport.
