Staff was very welcoming, property very clean, was very happy to stay at the Wave Crest and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend, close to the beach, mall, supermarket, easy access to bus. Perfect location. Thanks everyone at Wave crest for accomdating my stay.

My mother and I enjoyed staying at Wave Crest. First, it is safe and quiet. Second, the staff is very hospitable. Ms. Shamar, Front Desk Personnel, is very welcoming, professional and if any issues arrives she resolved it quickly; wonderful person. Mr. Andy, Security Personnel, is very helpful. My mother and I called him for everything that we needed help with. For example, he carried our groceries; suitcases , etc. up to the apartment and when we were leaving back down stairs. If we needed to purchase something, he told us where was the best place to get it. In addition, my mother and I were talking amongst ourself stating that we needed to purchase bottle water in Mr. Andy's presences. Mr. Andy left and returned with bottled water to our surprise. We didn't asked him to do so, but he did; we were very appreciative. He is a very kind and helpful individual. Third, Keisha, Housekeeping Personnel, kept our apartment very clean and if we wanted more towels, soap, etc., it was quickly provided. She's a very helpful and wonderful person. Fourth, the owner is very helpful and welcoming. Lastly, my mother and I have stayed at many different locations in Grenada and I can honestly say that this was our best vacation at Wave Crest. Easy access to the beach, ocean view, transportation; groceries shops, etc. I highly recommends WAVE CREST.

I didn’t like the fact that the workers are too nosey. One of their employees let a stranger in my room because I have multiple guys (family members) visit me and the stranger stole some items from me then they say that they seen him with me when everyone that comes to see me knows where I hide the key if I wasn’t there. The owner was like oh we seen him here before so I called everyone that been there so he can show me Who entered the room it’s none of them and the owner doesn’t want to compensate or look into it

Perfect walk to get to the beach, spice market, and food. Huge appartment!

The property is great overall, spacious and very affordable. Since Grenada uses 220v cureent, it would be good if the property can provide a few outlets that are 110v and uses US plug type or provide an adapter or 2 that usaes US/ 2 pin plug type

The location is nice the staff is very nice respectful and friendly they go out of they way to help you the bed sheets and towels could be updated some of them feel like sand paper

Everything was good with exceptions to the cable network and the kitchen sink that wasn't draining as it should overall i was very pleased

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always asking if there’s anything we need. Couple of negatives the mosquito net is torn .. needs to be replaced and a dripping tap in the bathroom .otherwise very pleasant.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a short or long-term stay.

Very private and comfortable

The property is very clean, and what I'd call "island style." It doesn't have the most modern amenities, but it is much better than adequate. The range/oven in our unit was rather dated, and we did see more ants in the kitchen than we would have liked, but we did do some cooking and attempted to keep things as clean as possible. Management/owner is delightful, very helpful, and concerned about guest experience. We did, however, find it very difficult to communicate with the security employee, who also managed the office when the manager/owner was unavailable. We would stay again and did enjoy our stay.

The young lady at the front desk is/was absolutely the best; caring and attentive. I thank her for taking the time to make my stay a little easier as my trip was due to my mom’s hospitalization.

Reasonably conveniently located accommodation, clean and comfortable. Very helpful and welcoming management staff. My room was up three small flights of stairs but had a good view from the balcony. The balcony was covered and received no direct sunlight. There were no sun loungers which would have been welcomed on idle days. The accommodation was more expensive than other places I’ve used in the locality and on nearby islands. I arrived after a long flight from England - it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water on arrival - some places I stayed provided fruit juice and coffee etc for arriving guests.

The apartment appeared outdated and not clean. There was no one at the front desk to check me in when I arrived. I appreciated the early check in though.

The layout was interesting....Not in size, but we loved that the kitchen was outside, with the sitting area...so when we cooked, we didn't heat up the appt, nor smell it up. Our cleaning lady, Sharron was wonderful, upbeat and pleasant! The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Our walk down to Grand Anse beach was a bit of a workout,...especially at the end of the day at the beach, but it helped us burn off the food.. We loved the Island, the people and the weather!!

Very spacious and clean with a good size separate kitchen and veranda.

It is convenient for the location, but it’s a little pricey for the overall experience, the bed it’s uncomfortable , the kitchen utensils need an upgrade, the apartment itself it’s not bad

Loved the location of this spot - just a 10 minute walk down to Grand Anse Beach and near a lot of food/drink options. It was also super close to the airport and the Spice Island Marina where we met our boat captain. The staff was super friendly and the balcony overlooks the ocean. Exactly what we wanted. Thanks!

It is a family owned business therefore the owner lives on site... the manager & all staff are excellent. We will be returning very soon.

Disappointing first expression. Different from photograph. Location not great for me. Non-refundable policy meant that we had to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The appt needs updating. Hot water was inconsistent. The drains smelt. Cleaning needs to be improved.

This place is a dump. The plumbing is atrocious. Some windows were completely missing. How do you keep the air conditioning inside without a window? We lost one of our 2 bedrooms because it was under reconstruction. No refund was offered. No time for it by the time I asked.The pictures used do not represent the truth at all.You should take this location off of your site until they recondition every inch of the inside of every room. My family of 10 said to me that they would never allow me to book another hotel for us again. How embarrassing do you think this was for me- completely!

We were only staying one night. The apartment was nicely set up for a longer stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

No no water the water pressure was really really low one time we got up and there was no water in the morning that my husband had to go take water from outside it was not a good experience at all

The property was very basic - but staff was so very accommodating to our needs! They managed to find anything we requested! It is about a 7 block walk downhill to beach - hill is to hard to climb back up in heat -but- the bus is only $2.50. (1.25 can). With cost of groceries we would go all inclusive next time. People are a gentle happy breed!!
