Visit was good, however the smell from the seaweed was very unpleasant! Very hard to be outside and enjoy myself.

Food experience at the property was highly disappointing! Only place where food was great is at the Italian Bellas restaurant. The “orange juice” they serve for breakfast is not real OJ, the other fruit juices are watered down. Beach area has lots of rocks, so you can’t go swimming in the ocean. The rooms are average. Be advised that the lower to mid tier rooms are over looking a PUBLIC road! The pictures online would make it seem it’s a garden view, it is not!

The property is run down. It’s old and it smelled like dirty water and fabuloso. Once we arrived I asked for reservations they said the girl who makes them was not there so we couldn’t make them. On Saturday they had raccoons running thought the hotel. The fan in our room didn’t work and the light in the patio didn’t work. My husband got food poisoning we had to stay another day for him to rest and that was complicated. I had to be on the phone for over an hour. I understand this is a 4 star but honestly this was a 3 star. The food was ok not great, the drinks very watered down, and it takes over an hour for the excursions. We will never stay there again.

I loved that the food was fresh multiple times a day! The staff were top notch in customer service and attentive even when it rained heavily multiple times during our trip. Mitzy is amazing and knows how to entertain. Luis was the Concierge that checked us in and his entire demeanor was welcoming. Overall the staff makes you feel welcome. I will say my sisters and I had a great time. I would say that a lot of activities shut down earlier than we would’ve preferred such as the pool, the bar and Karaoke. It gives best all-inclusive if you’re of a specific older age group and don’t want to be up late. I may return in the future.

It is an amazing hotel that I could but the staff are not that helpful and you feel the impression of they just want to get rid of every issue. 1- for the size of the hotel they have enough places yo eat but if you comparing it with bigger all inclusive they don't have menu options to offer. basically it os jist one buffet. 2- of you like cocktail this hotel is not the one. All drinks tase sweetner.' taste like the suger free cocktails" 3- Rooms are extremely spacious and well renowned and designed. 4- bathroom is exceptionally clean 5- AC works perfect and keep the temperature as you wish 6- entertainment is kust ok for the small hotel. overall this is a hotel I may visit again if I go to palaya del carmen

Swimming pool was topissim with excellentservice all around for any drink at any time ! the hotel is very close to the city which was really appreciated for shopping and using the ferry to Cozumel 1 "negative" comment : breakfast should start earlier than 7 AM best

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. The pool was incredible! The all adult feature was perfect for us. Loved this place

Sophia at the front desk is nice! The food is amazing. They kept my mini fridge full of Dos Equis and it hit every single night.

Food was above average for a resort. Entertainment was pleasantly surprising, but the staff was above and beyond the bright spot of this resort. They were attentive and accommodating in every aspect. We will be coming back

Overall I like this property except Its lack of entertainment. Everything closes at 11 pm that's the time people are getting ready to party specially the bar. The pool closes at 8:30pm. Some people like to swim at night. I think they should change the time.

The hotel was very good. Most of the staff are great. Mariana is the best employee. Food was great just that bar closes a little too early.

No parking for the hotel guests. Only parking meters with a limit time of 6 hours.

We enjoyed and staff very friendly. Mariana was the best and we highly recommend her.

Staff was excellent, specially Daniel in the evening and Ramon in the pool area.

My only suggestion would be to have more than one person at check in. It took us too long to get checked in. Other than that, we LOVED the hotel and the amenities. We plan on visiting again.
