Four of us stayed in one room and they gave us “separate” bedrooms since there was a door. Very comfortable. Nice location and easy to walk into the city and the AC works great. You can pay for breakfast in the morning and I recommend it because the fresh spread they provide is amazing.

We came to Wuppertal for the Ruhr Piano Festival and this hotel happened to be right next to the concert venue, which was very convenient.

In the website it is mentioned that the hotel has a fitness center. It does not.

The hotel is generally ok and had a good price, however windows of the room and particularly the bathroom need urgent maintenance. Mold in the shower and other places in the bathroom are not nice and don't fit the rest of the hotel

Really liked this hotel, I’m so glad I picked it as the alternatives I had looked at in Wuppertal would have been nowhere near as nice or convenient as this one. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Nice hotel in good location. Large room and bathroom, Very comfortable bed and I had a great night sleep. Good breakfast, only negative was terribly slow internet connection which was basically unusable. Parking outside hotel at 6 Euro for 24hrs and you can come and go as often as you like. Would certainly stop again.

We worked with Dave at the front desk and he was really helpful. I had two separate bookings and he easily combined to one, was helpful with tips and info on the area. In fact all of the staff were very nice. Parking was directly below and there was a terrific Italian restaurant a block away, and the concert hall was only steps away. The train station is right down the street and a tram line runs out back. Highly recommend.

Really lovely modern hotel. Great breakfast buffet. We eat at the restaurant too which was great service and value. Cant speak highly enough of the hotel staff. And because we used hotels.com we could choose €10 worth of complementary snacks from the shop.

Great service checkin in/out and breakfast. Room updated, comfortable, but too hot, no aircon even though this was mentioned. We did get a fan, but the room was too hot, we had our window open, it was quite noisy outside during the night.

It was perhaps the 20 th time I stayed in this hôtel in Wuppertal which was my favorite. This last time I was very disappointed. the room was dirty, the sofa and chair had a stain in the middle, hairs remaining in the bed.. I booked a room including spa tickets but the reception unpleasantly told me that I had to pay anyway. The reception was not pleasant, always check my identify after several days of stay when I look to enter and not even a "goodbye" or "good road" at check out. The breakfast, due to Covid, is now very poor, it was one of the best and now one of the worse. Also no customer loyalty, from lot of time I stay there (about 20 times in a few years), they still ask me to fulfil my address and so, never got any room upgrade or small gifs.

Ordered a double room and got two singles. Bed had a cheap plastic protector under Sheet, these are terrible things and took it if. No means if making a tea or coffee Large comfortable bed Easy to park car, underneath the hotel. Just a clean ok low to mid range hotel

A really lovely hotel. Definitely 4 stars. Very chilled and laid back, and I think that came from the staff. Friendly, but very professional and efficient. Getting that balance right is so difficult but they did it. Location is on the wrong side of the wuppertal, so a 15min walk to the city centre. As it was raining heavily we took a cab (€10 each way inc tip). Breakfast was great also. It just had a great ambience, chill, and atmosphere about it. I'd definitely return.

This hotel does everything well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient, the facilities comprehensive (I am told there is a pool and a gym but I didn't use them.) The hotel is also well situated on a hill with a view of the town and only a few minutes walk from the railway station.

They were very nice and open (you could say they have been trained for international visitors).My only disappointment was breakfast, very simple, no fish whatsoever, and since I don’t like cold cuts, while in Germany I relay on Matjes, Herring, Salmon, etc.

The hotel is well located and the breakfast is amazing!

Parking is complicated. Very basic equipment and decor give the breakfast area a feeling of a cantine. Poor WIFI.

This is a well appointed hotel with stylish rooms. Good choice at breakfast. However our stay was made uncomfortable as it was hot and the air con wasnt working. Reception staff never mentioned it or apologised when we checked in. When we complained they brought a fan and implied it was a problem throughout the hotel but at check out we were told it was only some rooms. Feel this should have been explained at check in and offered another room or reduction.
