The property was nice and clean, could use some improvements but other than that it was a pleasant stay

Front desk stayed on their personal phones while asking for help. Couldn’t park in the back where we could see our vehicle because there was no lighting. It was extremely dark and the two light poles were not working. Shady people walking halls at night and playing loud music in rooms on weekend night. Bathroom door lock wouldn’t work and door looked like it was replaced from a flea market. No ironing board. Stains on carpet and chair. The desk chair cloth was coming apart on the top. Breakfast was okay but could’ve been better. Every morning had to ask for help with something.. forks, milk for cereal… Room was cleaned everyday which was great. However, had to ask for an extra set of towels everyday because they’d only stock us for 2 people. Our room was booked for 2 adults and a child. Overall, it wasn’t horrible and it was clean. We had stayed here in the past and it was wonderful. We had higher expectations for this visit.

The room was dirty with stains. We actually left the facility because we feared for our safety and chose to go to another hotel. I am appalled that Expedia would even recommend a facility of this condition. It honestly looked like a rent by the hour facility with very questionable people in the lobby and hallways.

Kind staff

The rooms are large in this hotel. It is quiet and close to restaurants. Great place to stay.

Front desk agent was more concerned with coworkers, never even greeted me. Also never told me where the elevators were or the WiFi password. Also hotel seemed to be full but staff was not prepared to keep breakfast items stocked.

Well, the hotel itself was nice, but the loudness of travelers was a bit much. The breakfast was ok but they did run out a lot.

Clean room old worn down furniture

It didn’t look like the pictures. Very old looking faucet didn’t work right. They ( staff) weren’t very friendly .

Furniture showed wear, lobby computer didn’t work, and ran out of breakfast supplies. Not much variety in food. Smell of smoking weed in hall!

I had to ask for a new room 3 times, the first room smelled like musty sewage and stains all over everything including the linens, carpet and even the lampshade! The second room there was feces left in the toilet, and finally on the third room there was spit and what appeared to be boogers all over the walls. I was incredibly disgusted with the cleanliness of the property.

Great stay

The room smelled like sewer. The water pressure was horrible. Everytime I took a shower the water would cut off. The toilet wouldn’t flush. There was roaches in the room. The elevator wasn’t working and I had to walk up 4 flights of steps since I was on the 4th floor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Poor customer service. Water stops middle of the shower few times.

This location was centrally located. I was happy with the service; the tub was clogged, and the AC was not working. I quick call has everything taken care of in less than 24 hours. I really needed to use a washer and dryer but those were not available. I would highly recommend this location clean with great, friendly service.

Stuff and service is 5 start but the property is distressed. Its dirty and have structural issues. Damp walls with stuffy smell, crack on the ceiling drywall, broken faucet, old door handles, blood steins in lamp shades. Worst of all cockroaches found in the refrigerator and oven cabinet. Also the walls are so thin that we couldn't sleep due to the snoring noise coming from next door.

Garbage outside not emptied, dead bird near bench. Just not very clean.

Convenient area, lots of restaurants in the area.

The property was not well taken care of. Torn curtains, bedding, filthy carpet. Somewhere you can spend the night passing through. Beds were comfortable and AC was cold. Breakfast was not palatable and we didn’t eat it.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The tub wouldn't drain, the ceiling was peeling, the pool was green, ice machine didnt work. Never again will i stay here

We like the property, but the staff is not friendly- they don’t want to help you with problems. Very poor customer service with breakfast issues.

One night stay due to work being done at my house & I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean & quiet. I love that it’s surrounding by everything you may need.

Property was mediocre. Swimming pool was filthy, washer and dryers were broken. Rooms were spacious with refrigerator and microwave. Close to tons of restaurants and stores.

good and clean hotel, the staff was amazing

The staff was rude and worried about sitting with boyfriend or whoever he was. The pool had no lights. It looked very dirty. Very different from the pictures online.
