Was a wonderful clean and friendly place

Large roach in microwave.The bathroom sink spitted water not a stream.Came back to room after a very long day at market to find the room not cleaned AT ALL!12 hours should be plenty of time to clean it. Luckily they had a lady staying late you did the basics for us.

Easy check in process and clean and well kept rooms condition wise.

Sink was broken. Was told it would be repaired. 2 hours later not repaired. After 2nd complaint and advised employee sat outside near pool, he showed up. Phone didn't work. Open bottle of lemon juice sitting with ice bucket. I've stayed here several times and it seems to be going down Hill a bit.

Stay overall was good but to start with it was not so good. People booked through third parties like Expedia treated differently. I learned this at the check in counter. Lady at the front desk specifically mentioned that. I was traveling with my aged mom who needed accessibility room. Lady at the front desk mentioned we do not entertain any changes when reservations done by third parties but as an exception we are doing it for you. Expedia folks, hope you are reading my review. Everything was good except that encounter with a lady at the front desk

Area around hotel is great. Convenient. Hotel rooms felt a little older. New mattresses would be good.

The property was a little outdated and our beds were misshaped from being old. but it was a good enough stay for overnight.

Bed sheets and pillow covers were clean

Don't be deceived. The free continental breakfast with the stay was non- existent. We came down at a reasonable time on Sunday morning (8:30) to find that the pastries were out, the coffee was gone, juice was out, and very little food at all. The lady who was in charge of breakfast just complained about her job and said someone had to go shop for more food and that it would be 10 more minutes. After 30 minutes, still nothing. We left and went to IHOP. We thought we would save money at this hotel with an included breakfast. might as well have stayed at the other place.

Restrooms are not great

List of negatives-chunk of carpet missing, ceiling peeling, curtains broken, 2in of water in tub while showering, no lounge chairs at pool, coffee cold, eggs grainy, no fruit offered, pancake machine not working, leftover food from previous guest in fridge, place smelled like gas all day while changing hot water heaters. Customer service wasn’t helpful at hotel. Expedia was supposed to get back to me within 24 hours which they didn’t either. Currently, I don’t recommend this hotel or Expedia. I have always had great experience with both until this trip. Shocked and how bad both are for this trip.

The staff was great and the hotel was clean. The lady at breakfast did her best to make sure everything stayed stocked and was attentive to everyone. Only problem we had was getting the pool unlocked before we left on Sunday. Otherwise it was a great stay and id definitely stay again.

Loved our stay! Lori was amazing at helping us with questions and even helped us plan our days!!!! The kids loved her and thought she was so much fun. The breakfast had something for everyone and each day was a little different. The hours also allowed us to sleep in and still be able to enjoy breakfast before heading out each day. Our room was clean each day we returned and stocked with the things we needed. We never had a problem with any of our items that we left behind. The property is safe and quiet. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was right outside and the pool was also spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed where my 12 year old slept. There’s nothing bad I can say about this place! Service was 10 out of 10 super friendly, super helpful. I was traveling alone with my daughter The pool was great! Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable overall 10 out of 10 will come back!

Our room was disgusting, the toilet was dirty with pee stains in the seat and poop marks on the inside, everything was dusty, the microwave with food stains on the inside, the fridge with an empty milk bottle on the inside. Gross

Disappointed that our room did not have a working toilet and the seat was broken. The bathtub did not appear clean as well. We had a late check in and were settled or we would have switched rooms.

We requested to check in early and they were accommodating. We got to our room and it hadn't been cleaned. We went back to the front desk and were given a new room. It was adequate. When resting on the bed, after a few minutes my leg felt wet. The mattress was wet...with urine! The front desk was notified and they worked on getting another room lined up. About 30 minutes later the desk agent called and asked me to come down to the desk. I went down. There was another lady working that I assumed was a supervisor although she never introduced herself. She had me sign for incidentals (not done at check in). After signing she said that's all she needed. The other agent reminded her that we needed a new room due to the wet mattress. No apology, nothing. Just an, "oh, then I need you to sign a different receipt for incidentals with the new room number." I couldn't believe there was ZERO apology for the inconvenience. THIRD room was fine but I'll note some things about the room and property: there was hair on the bathroom floor, the sink leaked, the shower leaked, the light switches didn't turn on the lights and the toilet seat was broken. Breakfast (included) was terrible. Everything was basically gone (we were there about halfway through the time allotted), no coffee, no creamer, eggs were gone, juice machine only had water. I couldn't wait to leave. As we did leave, there were wet floor signs because the ceiling was leaking in the middle of the lobby. Overall, very disappointed

The age is truly telling on the rooms and furniture. We had to change rooms because the AC was making a crazy sound. The best thing about the trip was Danny the night we checked in. Professional, super nice and quick to assist. A shining start that makes you over look the other (old) less desirable things.

refrigerator was broken. my food, wasted! maintenance told me the room i was in WAS NOT TO BE BOOKED TO ANYONE. dishonest, to only make money! i was moved to the the adjacent room. the toilet in that room, didn't work. after maintenance changed the broken chain, it flooded the room. after several attempts to get aid, two women from other departments, came to assist. terrible experience, at the Holiday Inn Express. SHAME ON THEM! WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY!

Staff was very friendly but facilities were very dated and in poor shape. Microwave in room didn’t work, though shower had great hot water, sink faucet barely put out water. Breakfast Buffet was nice with good selection. Bed was comfortable.

N one was at the front desk for check in. There were very loud and rambunctious kids in the lobby.

Stay was good, check in in and check out is smooth, the window curtains are not sliding, which disturbed my sleep.

My stay was great, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. My only critique was the bathroom. I think an updated tub and toilet would be good. The toilet leaked a little
