We evacuated to this hotel from Fort Myers due to the hurricane. Even before we arrived, the staff (David at the front desk) when I was calling to see if there was a room available, to the front desk when we arrived, the cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff were the most courteous and friendly people we have ever encountered. They knew how stressed we were, so they were extremely understanding and thoughtful. Also, since we had a dog with us, it was more difficult to find a hotel that was pet friendly. The staff was constantly cleaning the main areas, the carpets in the hallways, as well as the kitchen area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in the Tamarac, Florida area.

The location was perfect, especially being so close to Chase Stadium, which made getting to a soccer event a breeze. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the convenience of the surrounding area made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again

Good for a short stay such as for business. Accomodations and service very limited when traveling with children. Limited staff and breakfast. Pool is in the hotel parking lot, you have to walkthrough through the parking lot to use pool and it faces a publix parking lot, didn't feel safe leaving kids there to play

The only I don’t understand why they don’t never put trash bags in the room,I have to bring my own in order to keep the room clean.

The only things that needs improvement is having an available coin/ dollar/laundromat on property for guests and being more creative with hot breakfast options particularly eggs and meats. Some days, it was the same thing or what was being offerred didnt taste great.

Convenient location. Rooms a nice size. Check in staff helpful and friendly. Was extremely impressed with the selection at the included breakfast.

I have stayed in other hampton inn's and this one exceeded my expectations. The pool was usable, and the spa. Usually the breakfast has been rubbish throughout, but this time i quite enjoyed some days preparation . I have to give a shout out to David who totally enhanced my stay. I forgot to book enough days so had to add one extra one, and he allowed me to keep my same room with the bath tub. I had a good soak before i checked out. Thanks hampton inn if I'm every back in that area i will surely stay there again... preparationenjoyed.

I went down for my sister’s funeral which was sudden and I was give short notice. . I was told it would be on Wednesday morning so I booked a room from Tuesday, August 6 to Friday, August 9. Shortly after I booked it I was told the funeral would be Wednesday afternoon so I decided to fly down Wednesday morning instead. When I called to reschedule my room I was told I couldn’t get reimbursed. So then I booked another reservation from August 7 to August 10. When I got to the hotel on commercial Boulevard, next to the Sawgrass Expressway, they said I was at the wrong hotel. It was the hotel up the street, which I would not have booked for. I asked if they could switch over the reservation and they said they could not that I would have to book, a room there again and not get reimbursed or have the fee transferred from the hotel up the street. So I had to pay again for three nights.. I would like to be reimbursed for the hotel that I did not go to and possibly the nights that I had canceled though I was there From Wednesday evening to Saturday morning. Someone else told me they had the same problem that it was booked in the wrong hotel! Can you please help me with this? I don’t feel like I should pay for a hotel three times!

Pool, beautiful grounds; just around the corner to a mini mall. Please make sure that the cleaning crew pays attention to the shower stall when cleaning.

Property over all is very clean and you can see attention to detials by the staff. The overall conditions of the hotel is good. The breakfast menu needs improvement however the shopping center is just right next door with tones of food options. The in room microwave is extremely convenient alos.

The front desk guy David was very rude and disrespectful to me. I checked out one day before schedule. I will never stay there or will ever recommend anyone staying there.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Good options and coffee, tea and chocolate drinks station is fantastic.
