Llegamos a las 5 y las habitaciones no estaban listas, teníamos habitaciones con cama grande y nos dieron cama pequeña y al.hacer el reclamo nos dicen que si queremos tenemos.que esperar 1 hora más, entramos a la habitación 204 y el baño sucio, no regresan a tiempo el depósito de 75 dólares.

Upon arrival there were homeless people wandering the parking lot, there were boarded up windows from what I could tell on the outside and hotel didn’t smell clean. Could have been a bad day for the hotel but I didn’t feel comfortable staying at this location.

I really like the customer service from the front desk ladies which was Charnell and Chasity C. They were very polite took care of all our needs.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first being in Oct 2018. It felt right at home to me. I was pleasantly surprised given the reviews I had seen prior. Not discounting anyone’s experience but come and stay for yourself. Obviously it’s not 5 star but it definitely gave more than we paid in our opinion. Housekeeping was done everyday on our 7 night stay. The location was PERFECT!! The staff were so kind and helpful. I feel very comfortable here and I definitely look forward to staying again!

The breakfast was fine but could be a bit better, maybe switch up the choices often. The hot items in the pans had to be reheated.

They never came to clean the room. We were there for four days and never got clean towels.

The place is very clean and not stink and dirty like the plaza hotel,only problem the carpeting in the hallway can be more well kept and deodorize.They have security, no vagrants or homeless people or people smoking or noise unlike the plaza hotel I was use to going.I recommend it and this will be my go to from now on.thank you 👏👏👏👏👏

for some reason every morning I was I waking up very itch ion know ne and my son they switched my room but for some reason I woke up itching again I think they need to upgrade their blankets they don’t switch they blankets
