This is a great hotel to stay in. It’s in Addison which is 10 minutes from Dallas. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. The maintenance crew are amazing. The elevator is slow but it works. I’d recommend this hotel everytime

Great other than the 1:30am fire alarm going off. After evacuating and returning to our room it continued to go off intermittently for another 30 mins. Other than that, I would have rated it a 5.

Obviously, this hotel in the process of renovation and overall was a good experience but not great. The elevators are in terrible condition with graffiti scratched into the doors, but there is a sign saying renovation of elevators in October 24. My room was adjacent to the elevator and was noisy.

No one let me in to check in and had to end up driving to a different location to book a second reservation as I couldn’t get into the one I had paid for!!!!

Miss Chay at the front desk was excellent, very attentive to all the guests even taking time to make sure everyone was ok every morning at breakfast. We will keep coming back there, we enjoyed our stay and Ms Chay’s warm hospitality.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of different foods served for a long period of time. Rooms are clean and updated. The pool area is ok. Otherwise my stay was comfortable.

I wish there were Smart TVs and microwaves in the room. The satff was courteous, friendly, helpful and caring. They definitely made up for the 2 things i didnt like and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you Hyatt Place Management for hiring people who believe in serving your guest not just working for you.

Me, my husband, and our 3 children stayed here for a weekend getaway. Upon check in the staff was very friendly and told us about the accomadations around the hotel. Once we got on the elevator it was disastrous. It was filthy and the hotel floors smelled like marijuana. Our room smelled a stitch of urine and the comforted smelled of smoke. Throughout our stay we tried to request for more towels but they were out every time and in saying that the hotel desk offered us a cookie for our inconvenience lol… we will never stay here again

My truck was stolen just over night and all I got was I am sorry that happen . No cameras outside to check what happened and I was right in front of the main door . The least they could of done was offer the hotel stay for free or even an Uber to get my rental . I thought it would be safer due to the location but I seen so many people just going by in all hrs of the night and day . The response to my concern… nothing we can do . Yes! Have security or at least a camera for your customers safety.

The hotel was very busy with a conference or something. Hard to navigate around the crowd in the lobby to get to our room. Greeter seemed uninterested, not happy in greeting or to help. I'm old school. I like a happy greeter "hello, how may i help you today"... if you plan to use the sofa sleeper you have to request sheets and blankets. We are a family of five. Got a room that sleeps 6 only enough towels for 3. Must request additional towels, wash cloths etc.

I am a normal person, middle class I would say. I hands down can say that this is the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at! I do not understand any reviews that complained about this place. It was so great! The hot breakfast with eggs/sausage/bacon is hands down the best ever! I will definitely be staying here again!!

Very clean, super staff in all areas. Breakfast was good. Lost my phone and staff recovered it and returned it to me. Pool was enjoyable. Will be back in Dallas in Oct and plan to stay here again.

No guide on the tv so you didn’t know what channel and what you were watching. It would shut off itself for no reason. Air conditioner you had no control of it. Either too hot or too cold.

* Maids didn't show up after I took my "later please" sign off the door, even though they were still down the corridor on my floor.
* Bathroom light is motion-activated and will go off after a while of not detecting motion. I wasn't aware of this on my first morning there until it turned off when I was in the shower, leaving me to try to get out of the shower in a pitch-dark bathroom.
* AC is adequate
* hot water is good enough if you let it run long enough

The clerks was extremely friendly and check in only took a few minutes. The room was very clean and beds are super comfortable. I slept on the pull out sofa and was suprised as to how comfortable it was.

Room was fine but felt misled by the details provided about the hotel. There wasn’t a snack bar or restaurant like mentioned. Lots of construction so nothing was open. Bar was more like a counter top? I didn’t even know it was a bar because it is nestled up to the guest check in desk. Just not at all what I expected. The staff was friendly though and my room was clean.
